The research of system engineering,complex system and complexity is the focus and difficulty in various fields.With the development of economy,society,science and technology,researchers are facing more and more interdisciplinary complex systems engineering.Complex system engineering is often in an important position in the development of economy or science and technology,with high reliability requirements.Most of these systems are in the stage of development,with little experience to learn,and many failures in the initial stage of test and production.Simultaneously,there are more detailed field records in the operation of the system,but how to mine valuable information and data needs to be studied in depth.In order to solve the above problems,this paper is based on the innovative design and reliability research work carried out by the research team in the field of large-scale engineering transportation vehicles,bridge erection equipment and hydraulic system in metallurgical industry.At the same time,the relevant definitions,properties and classifications and basic theoretical system of clusyer-system are proposed.This paper analyzes its function realization process,constructs the reliability engineering method of cluster-system,and conducts the application research in the reliability engineering of fast radio telescope.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The concepts and classification criteria of cluster-system,sub-system and family-system are given.The mathematical symbol,matrix construction and image presentation method of cluster-system are determined from the perspective of cluster-system set.The concept of system homomorphism is proposed,and the process of homomorphism analysis is given combining with homomorphism coefficient and calculation method,and the criteria for homomorphism of cluster-system are established.The design method,reliability engineering,operation management,feedback system and application exploration are further expanded.(2)From the functional point of view of cluster-system,this paper analyzes the influence factors of cluster-system function realization and the method of judging the key influencing factors,so as to guide the operation and maintenance of cluster-system.Based on the basic idea of goal orientation,the paper puts forward the method of using the method of k-mean clustering to divide the family-system.And the selection of the number of family-systems and the calculation of evaluation indexes are analyzed.The methods of data collection,processing and visualization of cluster-system are proposed.The forms and methods of sub-system coordinated control are summarized.The structure model and system cooperation protocol of cluster-system are given.(4)The reliability block diagram of cluster-system and the expression of fuzzy Markov degradation mathematical model are constructed.The reliability logical relationship among sub-systems of cluster-system is analyzed.The reliability design criteria of "three gender" are summarized.Agree reliability allocation,derating design and redundant reliability design method of cluster-system are designed.The cluster-system reliability growth is completed by using Duane model and AMSAA model.The dynamic life prediction method of cluster-system based on threshold selection is proposed,and the reliability management measures of cluster-system are formulated.(5)The structure of FAST radio telescope cluster-system is analyzed.The FAST health monitoring data are cleaned and visualized by python.Based on the analysis of the principle and composition of single hydraulic actuator system,the growth test is carried out,and the reliability model of FAST hydraulic actuator cluster-system is established.The reliability model is verified by relevant monitoring data,and the model is proposed.According to the analysis results of the reliability model,the operation and maintenance strategy of FAST radio telescope is proposed to ensure the scientific observation and safe and efficient operation and maintenance of FAST.In this paper,the characteristics,properties,concepts,systems,functions and reliability of a class of complex systems with typical inductive characteristics are studied.The basic concepts,properties and classification of cluster-systems are proposed.The basic description research methods and theoretical system are constructed.The influencing factors,data mining,coordination control,evaluation and feedback in the process of function realization are analyzed.The reliability engineering method is studied and applied to the reliability engineering of FAST radio telescope.
