With the rapid development of artificial lighting and display technology,light health has become an important evaluation index of lighting quality and display quality.The harm of blue light and the effect of rhythm have been deeply rooted in people's mind.The coordinated development of vision and non-vision has become the research focus of lighting and display technology.This paper will look for the relationship between multiple visual parameters and non-visual parameters.Integrating photobiosafety into the traditional spectral analysis method;The influences of color temperature,user age,screen film and anti-blue light glasses on blue light damage and rhythm effect were explored.Develop sensors and assessment methods for lighting and display light health.We try to expand the study of light health to the field of human reproduction in the paper.From the perspective of artificial lighting researchers,it questions the national standard of illumination on the classroom table,and explores the influence of illumination on egg laying rhythm and abnormal growth of eye axis of chickens.The results are as follows:(1)Thirteen kinds of common artificial lighting were selected,spectral distribution data were collected,several traditional visual parameters were measured,and blue light hazard factor KB and rhythm factor KC were calculated.Through fitting analysis,the relationship between the two factors and the color coordinate Z value of 1931CIE-XYZ standard chromaticity system was as follows:KB=0.00244×Z-2.99632×10-5,KC=11.05863×Z-0.05238,R2 was 0.98878 and0.96439,respectively.Eight kinds of LEDs with color temperature between2678-7258K were analyzed,and the relations between the two factors and the blue light ratio P and Z values in the band of color temperature Tc and 400-500nm were obtained as follows:KB=1.62585×10-4+1.68239×10-7×Tc,KC=0.11895+6.06953×10-4×Tc,KB=1.5756×10-4+3.32615×10-5×P,KC=11.40331×Z-0.01209,R2 were0.92019,0.9598,0.97993,0.97991,respectively.Namely,color temperature Tc,blue light ratio P,Z value can be used to quantify the harm of blue light and the strength of rhythm effect.Traditional spectral peak value normalization is difficult to directly reflect the blue light hazard and the strength of the rhythm effect.Spectral area normalization,light flux normalization and retinal effective light flux normalization can all reflect the intensity of blue light damage and rhythm effect,and the accuracy increases sequentially.The age of the user has a great influence on the photobiosafety,so the eye transmittance of people of different ages should be considered in the quantitative analysis.(2)The blue light hazard and rhythm effect of the four kinds of monitors(OLED,LED LCD,CCFL LCD,CRT)increased with the increase of color temperature.When the color temperature was 6500 K,blue light hazard and rhythm effect were considered simultaneously,and the advantages and disadvantages were in the order of LED LCD>OLED>CCFL LCD>CRT.The research on four kinds of screen film and four kinds of anti-blue light glasses shows that the current product development mainly focuses on the harm of blue light,and the effect on rhythm effect is poor,so more attention should be given to the coordination of visual and non-visual effects.By setting the RGB value of the color block in Photoshop and combining with the home-made blue light absorption film on the screen,the ultra-low color temperature of LED LCD 1000 K can be adjusted.For 6500 K LED LCD,the user age increased from 1 year old to 100 years old,and the blue light hazard factor and rhythm factor decreased to 0.2178 and 0.3265 times respectively.For 1-year-old infants,the color temperature increased from 1200 K to 6500 K,and the two factors increased to 12.230 and 10.25 times of the original,respectively.The user age of 6500K OLED is increased from 1 year old to 100 years old,and the two factors are reduced to 0.2907 and 0.4038 times of the original ones respectively.Infants and young children should control the use of electronic screen time,as far as possible to reduce the color temperature.(3)S5981 Si photodiodes are bonded to 4 mm thick DTB435,DTB470,DTB500 and DTB545 band pass filters respectively to assemble blue light hazard,rhythm effect,dark vision and bright vision illumination sensors.The deviations between the center wavelength of the response curves of the four sensors and the response function of human eyes are 3nm,11nm,-3nm and-8nm,respectively.FWHM deviations were 16 nm,5 nm,1 nm,-7 nm,respectively.The relative errors of 380 nm-780 nm integral are 32.01%,15.199%,4.535%and 1.876%,respectively.The QB21,LB9 and LB16 glass and LXD44MQ silicon photocell can be combined with bright visual illuminance sensor.Taking TES 1330A illuminance meter as reference,the average absolute error and average relative error of 10 groups of measured values within the range of 0-2000 Lx are 7.22 Lx and 1.45%respectively.Four kinds of glass,QB21,QB5,LB9 and LB16,are superimposed and combined to form a modified filter,and then LXD44MQ silicon photocell is combined to form a rhythm effect illumination sensor.The average relative error is2.63%by measuring and analyzing six kinds of light sources with color temperature ranging from 2032 to 6632 K.Taking candlelight as reference,according to the brightness observed by human eye through QB5 cobalt blue glass,the blue light hazard and rhythm effect of light source can be evaluated visually.The rhythm effect of video can be quantitatively analyzed according to the ratio of the high frequency illuminance before and after the display screen passes through the blue glass QB13during the video playing process.The current video source rhythm effect is generally too high.(4)The average age of menarche of women worldwide continues to advance,and the fertility rate continues to decline,which may be caused by the continuous increase of human night light duration and light intensity in the past 150 years.The function relationship between fertility rate and light pollution intensity in the world is y=3.074x-0.5.The phase reversal of ovulation rhythm of laying hens can be realized in 9 days with the illumination of the full moon on the ground(about 0.2 Lx)in clear days.Current powerful artificial lighting at night may have seriously affected human reproduction.(5)Classroom desktop average illumination is not less than 300 Lx national standard may set the reading and writing illumination value too high.Excessive reading and writing illumination may contribute to the current high rate of myopia.The optimum illuminance for human reading and writing may be several Lx.The experiment of chickens imitating human reading and writing showed that the abnormal increase value of the axis caused by 5 Lx illumination was the smallest in the four groups(0.554 relative length),while the abnormal increase value of the axis caused by 500 Lx illumination was the largest(0.974 relative length),which was1.756 times of the former.The difference between 300 Lx and 5 Lx stipulated by the national standard is huge and requires careful consideration.
