Pulsars are energetic neutron stars powered by their fast rotation and/or huge magnetic fields.Although the rotation frequency of the pulsars are gradually decreasing with time, there are observational phenomenas so called 'glitch'.Since it is widely accepted that nonthermal X-rays and gamma-rays are originated from the outer magnetosphere,a comparison between the emission properties before and after glitch can help us understanding how the glitch affects to the structure of the global magnetosphere. We carried out a study for multi-wavelength emissions from high magnetic field(HighB)pulsar PSR J1119-6127.PSR J1119-6127 is a radio loud ?-ray pulsar, and underwent a magnetar-like outburst followed by the glitch beginning on 2016 July 27,We performed a detailed investigation for radio,X-ray and ?-ray emission after the magnetar-like outburst. We studied the first variable ?-ray pulsar that showed a glitch-like event accompanying a sudden change of the gamma-ray flux at 2011October 16.We found that the recurrence time scale of the glitch-like event will be about 7 years.PSR J2021+4026 is the only ?-ray pulsar that shows the ?-ray flux change with the glitch-like event. We argued that the shear stress of the magnetic field built up in the crust cracks the neutron star plate that covers the polar cap region. The displacement of the cracked plate influences the structure of the polar cap,the current flow in the global magnetosphere, and results in the change of the ?-ray emission around the light cylinder. Moreover,we analyzed the X-ray emission from PSR J2021+4026 before and after the glitch-like event,we found no signification change in the pulse profile of the spectrum. We modeled the observed X-ray light curve with the heated polar cap emission, and we suggested that the observed large pulsed fraction is owing to asymmetric magnetospheric structure. We carried out analysis of three young ?-ray pulsars:PSR J1420-6048,Vela and Crab, which are glitching pulsars. We found three new glitches in ?-ray data for pulsar PSR J14206048,We also find no significant ?-ray flux evolution of the pulsars before and after the glitches. It is reported a change in the linear polarization of the pulsed X-ray emission from the Crab after at the glitch July 23,2019.This is the first measurement that the glitch could influence the X-ray emission from the pulsar.Since the X-ray emission of the Crab is coming from the outer magnetosphere,we investigated a possible change of the pulse profile and spectrum in X-ray and ?-ray bands. We however could not find any significant change of the emission properties. In conclusion,we performed the data analysis and theoretical study of pulsar in high energy band.We studied the mechanism of emission in all energy bands and the relation between glitch and magnetar outburst.Besides,we studied the glitch recovery process of high-B pulsar.
