As a new type of participatory behavior in line with sustainable development targets of China, green behavior is becoming a common understanding among more and more residents.Nowadays, more attention has been paid to resources and environmental protection, the development of green behavior and the formation of green consensus among the whole population play important roles in economic and social development of the country. However,in the practice of accelerating development of green economy,in the face of a complex and changeable social structure, how individuals and managers play their leading and guiding role more efficiently is still an urgent problem to be explored. Therefore, based on the dynamics of residents’ green behavior and green consensus evolution, this paper is committed to mining the internal mechanism of state evolution. With the theories of spreading and synchronization dynamics on complex networks,in this paper we conduct quantitative study on the spreading of urban residents’ green behavior and formation of green consensus, and simulate the evolution under the existence of interaction, policy regulation and dissenters. The results give directions for promoting residents’ green behavior and guiding people to change their green attitude and form a high level green consensus. It includes the following research contents in this paper:1.A spreading model of residents’ green awareness-behavior under policy regulation is proposed. The theoretical threshold of residents’ green behavior spreading is derived by using the Microscopic Markov chain approach(MMCA)and it is found that the spreading threshold is inversely proportional to the intensity of policy regulation. On this basis, the MMCA and Monte Carlo methods are applied to simulate the system evolution, which proves the reliability of MMCA under certain conditions. The numerical results show that residents’ green awareness almost lost its influence on the spreading of green behavior in the presence of policy regulation.2.In order to explore the dynamic evolution rules of knowledge diffusion,as an important green economic pattern,we analyze the influence of coupling interaction in knowledge diffusion process on the system evolution results. The theoretical thresholds of knowledge diffusion are derived based on a homogeneous network and a heterogeneous network, respectively, and numerical simulations are carried out on the two networks and on a real citation network as well. The results reveal that the theoretical diffusion threshold of knowledge is inversely proportional to the interaction term, knowledge diffusion is easier in the heterogeneous network than in the homogeneous network, and it also establishes the core position of high degree nodes in knowledge diffusion process.3.We investigate the correlation between the formation of green consensus and the spreading of green information, considering the existence of dissenters in the system.Using fourth-order Runge-Kutta method to solve the system, the results indicate that the formation of green consensus depends on the spreading of green information, and the spreading of green information is initial-value-dependent,while the existence of dissenters strictly inhibits the forward evolution of the system.4.On the basis of green consensus and information spreading model, the simultaneous spreading of two kinds of opposite information is considered.Increasing the promoting parameter of positive information spreading rate functions through suppression the spreading of negative information. In addition, the overall attitude of the society on green behaviors also has a great impact on the evolution of the system.5.As for the synchronization dynamics of adaptive oscillators on coupled multilayer networks,we investigate the multilayer networks based on four different interlayer structures. It indicates that abrupt transition is the inherent phenomenon in the synchronization process of adaptive oscillators on coupled multilayer networks, and the system shows different evolution phenomena under different interlayer structures. Moreover,we give theoretical analysis of the synchronization evolution of adaptively coupled oscillators in multilayer networks, and obtain a set of self-consistent equations with respect to synchronization levels.
