This paper, based on the research of the geological characteristics of Hailaer Oilfield, has carried out a series of work on strata damage factor analysis, acid-rock reaction mechanism, acidizing process simulation and acidizing process optimization design, and finally formed a suitable technology for hailaer oilfield acidizing. Strata damage factor analysis shows that the high clay content and strong sensitivity are the main reason of the poor injection of XingAnLing group.The strong water sensitivity and speed sensitivity can lead to the swelling,dispersing and migrating of the clay minerals to cause the strata blocking; Acid-rock reaction mechanism research shows that the strata of XingAnLing Group have strong sensitivity, and conventional acidizing technique may cause formation damage. So this paper also presents a new developed acid fluid (XA-1) which can effectively improve permeability and cause no damage to the strata. The acidizing radius reaches more than 2m in laboratory simulation test through establishing a sectional pressurized long core method. Based on the geological parameters and acid performance index, a set of process parameters optimization mathematical model has been established, which ensures the efficiency and validity of acidizing treatment. This technology has been applied on 11 wells in field test, and has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
