With the development of information technology,the use of e-commerce technology in the clothing field tends to mature.However,the use of information technology in some aspects of clothing needs to be further deepened,such as: cannot effectively evaluate the effect of clothing fit.At present,the evaluation of clothing fit is mainly done by virtual fitting technology.There are many virtual fitting programs on the market.The “online” can often reflect the wearing effect.Through virtual fitting,consumers choose the clothes they like,mainly in terms of color,pattern and style,and the evaluation of clothing fit.It will be implemented through other technical paths.Apply the virtual fitting program,which needs to be based on accurate clothing fit evaluation.Due to the deformation rate and pressure changes of the clothing,it reflects the degree of tightness and deformation of the clothing,which is also one of the factors for testing and judging the clothing fit.The results we usually use to predict results depend on the subjectivity of the experts and there is no objective criterion.Therefore,it is necessary to find an objective and accurate evaluation criteria and method for clothing fit.Aiming at the problem of clothing fit in 3D virtual fitting system,this paper proposes the evaluation rules and measurement methods of clothing fit,design quantitative criteria of clothing fit,and establish evaluation model.Through the application system,the customer in online market can objectively judge the degree of clothing fit,so that the customer can purchase the most suitable clothing.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)Analysis of Korean adult women standard body typeBased on the “Size Korea”:Korean adult anthropometric survey data for the past decade,a total of 1882 samples for 19-29 years old women were collected from 2004 to 2015,and 81 body items were measured for each sample.Factor analysis was used to obtain four factors that characterize the body features of Korean adult women,and then seven representative body types were obtained by cluster analysis.The regression analysis is used to obtain the feature sizes of each representative body type,which is used as the basic data for 3D virtual human body modeling.(2)3D virtual human body modeling and standard body type series deformable model establishmentBased on the standard body type data of Korean adult women,set the reference point and reference line of the body size control part,construct a series of reference line sizes for controlling the virtual human body model,and apply Maya polygon technology to establish a 3D virtual human body model of the Korean adult women standard body type.Form a virtual human body model that is more accurate in shape and dimension and characterizes the changing characteristics of adult Korean women.With reference to the method of clothing grading,the rules for changing the size of the virtual human body control part are studied.The variation rule of the size of the various types of adult women is analyzed,and the variation range of the size of the virtual human body is controlled.The blend shape deformation technology of Maya is applied to generate a series deformed virtual human body.(3)Research on evaluation criteria and weight of clothing fitTraditional clothing fit evaluation depend on the professional knowledge and experience of the evaluators,as well as the subjective feelings of the wearer,and lacks objective evaluation criteria and quantitative methods for the clothing fit.Based on the relevant theory and research analysis of clothing fit,this research defines clothing fit as: has a good overall balance,the clothing structure line is in the position corresponding to the human body,there is proper ease,no obvious unnecessary wrinkles.The Delphi research was conducted on the expert group,and the evaluation of clothing fit: balance,line matching,ease,and appearance wrinkle were four evaluation criteria.Applying the analytic hierarchy process to compare and analyze the importance and influence of the evaluation criteria,and determine the weight coefficient of the four evaluation criteria of the clothing fit.(4)Research on multi-attribute decision-making evaluation model of clothing fit based on virtual fitting environmentAccording to the four evaluation criteria of garment fit proposed,combined with the fitting state of clothing under the virtual fitting environment,the quantitative measurement and judgment analysis methods of each evaluation criteria are proposed respectively.Observing the front,side and back of the virtual fitting state,the visual balance of the hemline and waistline of the virtual clothing is used as the basis for judging the balance of the garment.Compare the matching degree between the basic line on the clothing and the relevant parts of the human body,and judge the matching of the clothing lines.Fuzzy mathematics is used to evaluate the fit of clothing ease,and the membership function relationship and judgment method of ease level are established.By analyzing the gray level of the virtual clothing image,the fluctuation map of the gray level is drawn,and the mean standard deviation of the wave curve is calculated to appearance wrinkles,which is used as the basis for judging the degree of wrinkling.Therefore,the quantified results of the four evaluation criteria of the above-mentioned clothing fit are obtained.However,since the dimensions of the quantitative results of the respective criteria are different,the quantized results of the respective criteria should be subjected to the scalar processing,and the processed scalar values are multiplied by the corresponding weight coefficients to be integrated.Calculate the evaluation results of the multi-criteria decision model.(5)Application of evaluation model and visual design of evaluation resultThe size data of one body measurement sample is randomly extracted,and the virtual human body modeling and deformation method proposed in this research is applied to generate a standard virtual human body that conforms to the individual body shape characteristics.Select a dress for the virtual fitting test,obtain the quantitative measurement and judgment result of each evaluation criteria,substitute the multi-attribute decision-making evaluation model,and calculate the final clothing fit evaluation result.In view of the fact that the model evaluation results are quantitative values of the degree of fit expressed by percentage,it is not convenient for consumers to understand the content and results of the evaluation of clothing fit.This paper expands the research on the visual interface design for evaluation results,based on Visual Basic program,realizes automatic calculation.The result of multi-attribute decision-making evaluation of clothing fit,combined with the wearing state of virtual fitting,presents the evaluation result,which is convenient for consumers to intuitively understand and recognize the clothing fit.
