Fully mechanized mining is the development direction of mining technology.The successful matching of fully mechanized mining equipment is the premise and key point of a target,which can ensure work surface goes into operation smoothly as well as achieving high production and high efficiency.Therefore,studying on the matching principles and the symbol of successful matching of fully mechanized mining equipment in the coal mining process,exploring the simple algorithm of matching equipment on working face to increase the coal production efficiency and economic benefits.The existing equipment supporting schemes for fully mechanized mining are selected according to experience,or making use of the current use of supporting equipment to primary election equipment,put into production,and confirm the actual application.This matching method not only waste time,but also consume workers' physical strength,besides,the conditions of mining working face are protean(coal mining height,cutting depth,inclination and supporting strength etc.),the feasibility of selected scheme or modified scheme,and form a complete set of equipment parameters can meet the demand,whether there is interference between the complete set of equipment,whether equipment characteristic can play the biggest role,these parameters can not be reflected and evaluated directly and entirely.Fully mechanized working face equipment cooperative optimization is to determine the mutually complementary dimension of coal cutter,hydraulic support,and scraper conveyor,to ensure equipment operation without interference,and to elaborate the over-all performance of the equipment in the maximum extent.Firstly,this paper analyze the general arrangement of fully mechanized working face equipment,concept the optimal arrangement plan of coal mining,select the fully mechanized working face equipment preferred embodiment of coal mining,scraper conveyor,the pattern of hydraulic support,the sample database of structural parameters,they can provide the basis parameters for follow-up "compressors" coal mining.Secondly,this paper analyze the main selection parameters of hydraulic support,coal cutter,scraper conveyor.12 main parameters of hydraulic support,10 main parameters of coal cutter and 7 main parameters of conveyor are selected,the production capacity,performance characteristics,dimension matching relationship are detailed researched.The mathematical model of coal mining are created.The quantitative relationship of associated dimension among hydraulic support,coal cutter and scraper conveyor are acquired,the performance parameters of matching parameters among each coal mining are obtained.A matching optimization mathematical model based on compressors matching dimensions is established,providing corresponding theory and mathematical model for coal mining matching,providing more precise reference data for the "compressors" equipment matching.Then analyzing and summarizing coal mining selection and operating performance according to the geological conditions of coal,which research 33 geological factors affecting coal cutter adaptability particularly,as well as a cutting adaptive model of coal cutter is constructed;31 geological factors affecting the adaptability of hydraulic support are analyzed,build an economy-based equipment selection model.Thereby,the optimization adjustment of compressors matching according to the specific geological conditions of mining area working face are realized,the theory of optimal adjustment for coal mining equipment matching is realized,which provides reference for enriching the "compressors" equipment matching.Finally,the correlation between dimension matching and geological conditions matching is analyzed,multidisciplinary design optimizationa collaborative optimization mathematical model of three machines in working face is constructed.Aiming at equipment selection,a compound strategy particle swarm optimization algorithm with logarithmic decrements of inertia weight and acceleration factor is formulated to solve this model.Meanwhile,selecting Huang Ling Mausoleum annual output of 6 million tons fully mechanized coal mining working face geological conditions and equipment matching problem to verify the mathematical model of three machine support optimization.The result indicates that the model can effectively evaluate equipment matching from many aspects such as geological conditions,equipment performance and economic performance,to achieve better application effect.
