With the increase of mining depth,the gas management problem in high gas mine is more prominent.At the same time,gas is used as a clean resource to mine together with coal which is to realize the simultaneous extraction of coal and gas more practical significance.The relation between coal mining and gas extraction is mutually reinforcing and restricting,It is of great theoretical significance and application value to study simultaneous extraction of coal and gas technique optimization.The paper takes the mining of 3#coal in Zhangcun Coal Mine as the background.By means of theoretical analysis,laboratory experiment,field test and industrial experiment,the technical parameters of coal mining and gas extraction are studied.The optimization theory of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas in ZhangCun coal mine was put forward.The research work is mainly carried out in the following aspects:On the basis of testing of gas parameter and working face advance,the relationship between mining speed and gas emission is analyzed.Interaction mechanism between gas drainage and coal mining is studied in high gas working face.Based on synergistic theory and system optimization theory,the two systems of gas extraction and coal mining are unified into simultaneous extraction of coal and gas system.Taking gas extraction and coal mining as variable,taking mutual restriction between gas extraction and coal mining as constraint condition,taking maximum economic benefit of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas system as target,simultaneous extraction of coal and gas technology optimization model is set up.The operation of coal and gas is divided into several basic operation systems on account of activity-based costing.Gas extraction and coal mining cost is analysed.Production cost of two systems for coal mining and gas extraction is determined.The cost of coal mining is 107.5 yuan/t and gas extraction cost is 5.8yuan/m3 in 2601 working face of ZhangCun Coal Mine.Programming the solution program of optimization model by using MATLAB software,Optimal control parameters of 2601 working face of ZhangCun Coal Mine are calculated,such as advancing speed,gas pre pumping time and gas pre pumping amount.Optimal advancing speed is 3.5m/d.Prepumping time is 540d.Daily output of optimized working face is equal to the original design value.Total amount of coal mining is increased by 3660t.Gas pre pumping time is increased by 180d.Gas pre pumping amount is increased by 44×104m3.Real profit of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas is increased by 647×104 yuan compared with the original profit.Working face recovery rate is increased by 0.15%compared with the original design value.Gas extraction rate is reduced by 0.85%.Gas pre pumping time is reduced by 104×104m3.By use of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas technology optimization model,cost of coal mining and gas extraction has been clarified.Optimal working face advancing speed,gas extraction time and gas extraction is obtained.It is beneficial to control and manage gas extraction and coal mining.Coal mine production guarantee security while obtaining the best economic benefit.The theory of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas in high gas mine has been perfected,which can be used for reference for efficient mining of coal mine safety and efficient recovery of coal and gas resources.
