Chiral organic phosphine ligands play an important role in asymmetric catalytic reactions.They change the activity and selectivity of the central metal by coordinating with the transition metal,thus making the reaction more simple and efficient.At present,the synthesis of phosphine chiral compounds has severe reaction conditions,complicated steps,single substrate,there are great limitations.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and application value to develop a strategy for the synthesis of chiral phosphine ligands under mild,economic and efficient reaction conditions,so as to maximize the function of catalysts.Based on this,the following three aspects of work have been carried out:1.The synthesis strategies of chiral phosphine ligands and their applications in catalytic reactions in recent years are reviewed.2.Asymmetric cross coupling of C(sp~2)-C(sp~2)of two electrophiles with different activities was achieved by using cheap transition metal cobalt as catalyst.A series of axonal chiral phosphono oxides were prepared with excellent yield and high selectivity.Through further transformation of these products,a series of functional molecules and axonal chiral phosphonene ligands were obtained.The reaction has good applicability,mild reaction conditions,can be prepared in large quantities.3.The catalytic kinetic separation of nickel to construct phosphine chiral compounds was systematically studied.The products and the raw materials obtained from the separation have high enantioselectivity.In the process of preparing chiral phosphine ligands,this reaction can avoid using chiral menthol as the intermediate to induce chiral,shorten the reaction route,and has high economic performance.In this paper,a series of chiral phosphine ligands with practical application value were synthesized by cross coupling reaction catalyzed by cheap transition metal.It provides a new strategy and method for the construction and application of chiral phosphine ligands.
