In recent years, the main change of operation economic activity that determined by development and change of railway reflected in the Network in the gradual formation of the grid Bureau, more attention to train density and quality of service and expansion of investment and financing affect the cost of capital growing.(2) To analysis and build a basic model of economic efficiency for railway operations, starting from the association between production and efficiency, establish the affect relationship between productive activities and economic, thus establish the economic associate indicators for every aspect of production and business activities.
