Taking the regional power-gas integrated energy system as the object of study,this paper will focus on the key equipment modeling,the development of unified state estimation algorithm,multiple energy optimization allocation and planning methods,operation strategy and evaluation,and so on.The main work is described as follows.(1)The state estimation method of regional power-gas coupled energy system is introduced.According to the steady state model of power system and the dynamic model of gas system,the state estimation model of power-gas combined system is established under the unified framework.The performance of the state estimation model in dealing with transient fluctuations,obtaining global uniform solutions and identifying boundary data is analyzed.(2)A robust planning method of regional integrated energy system(IES)considering the uncertainty of cooling,heat and electrical loads on the demand side is submitted.The energy hub(EH)model of regional IES with Combined Cooling Heating and Power(CCHP),electric air-conditioning unit(EC)and gas boiler(GB)is established.Tthe uncertainty of load is described by the method of adjustable interval,and the robust planning model of regional IES isf ormed.The robust programming model can be transformed into a convex mixed integer planning model,and then solved.(3)The unit commitment optimization of high permeability wind power and P2 G is addressed,where the objective is to minimize the total operating cost of combined electricity-gas energy systems.The P2 G technology and the application and supportive policies are introduced.Considering the characteristics of P2 G devices and the combined system,a two-level economic dispatch model of the combined system with security constraints is proposed.Based on the Karush Kuhn Tucker optimality condition,the two-level optimization model is transformed into a mixed integer linear programming.(4)Definition and correlation analysis on energy utilization efficiency of regional integrated energy system is addressed.Considering the different energy levels of multi-energy,the regional integrated energy system(RIES)is divided into five parts: energy supply,energy conversion,energy transmission,energy storage and energy demand,and an expression of energy utilization efficiency(EUE)for evaluation of RIES is proposed.Then,through the theoretical analysis of energy efficiency related factors of the RIES's five parts,renewable energy penetration,energy conversion equipment efficiency and capacity allocation structure,cool/heat/electricity load demand structure is the core elements,which affect the EUE of RIES.
