| With the rapid development of network and information technology,intelligent,networked and green manufacturing has gradually become an important direction of the development of manufacturing industry.Digital workshop is also gradually changing from digital to intelligent,which is to prepare for intelligent manufacturing,so the intelligent technology of digital workshop is also concerned.This paper’s research object is digital workshop for intelligent manufacturing,being studied its intelligent technology in depth.The main researching content is as follows:(1)An intelligent technology architecture of digital workshop for intelligent manufacturing is proposed.It provides a new research idea and direction for the transformation from digital workshop to intelligent workshop.The architecture is supported by intelligent technology characteristic,intelligent function characteristic and intelligent network characteristic.Among them,intelligent technology characteristic is used to describe the intelligent elements and levels of the three levels of field equipment,production management and information knowledge in the digital workshop,as well as the intelligent definition basis of the three levels of functional technology and network technology.Intelligent function characteristic gives the overall structure and description of intelligent function technology which should be possessed by production and planning management in digital workshop.Intelligent network characteristic mainly describes the basic information model,network architecture and information sharing mechanism that digital workshop should have in order to realize intelligent manufacturing.(2)Aiming at the problem of data exchange and sharing between digital control equipment and business management system in digital workshop manufacturing,based on layered modeling method and service-oriented integration technology,an information interconnection architecture for intelligent manufacturing digital workshop manufacturing process is proposed.Taking the manufacturing process information of digital workshop as the object,the worksheet definition format(WDF)and process message format(PMF)based on XML(Extensible Markup Language)are defined.In order to transfer and share information efficiently,WDF information organization structure is constructed,and data information of digital workshop production and plan management is described in WDF file according to reasonable logical organization relationship.Based on WDF resource driven mechanism,the production beat can be controlled smoothly.At the same time,the WDF information interconnection model can solve the problem of heterogeneous devices and platform differences of different manufacturers,so as to achieve a truly open interconnection and sharing mechanism.(3)An intelligent scheduling method based on complex process path planning model is designed.At present,the intelligent scheduling technology used in the digital workshop to realize flexible job management is usually based on the fixed process path and process setting determined by artificial experience,which will lead to the underutilization of field equipment in the workshop and the possibility of further improvement of production efficiency.Therefore,based on the theory of directed acyclic graph,a process path planning model for complex process is proposed,i.e.PR-AOV network and PP-AOE network.PR-AOV network can sort out all possible process paths by topological arrangement of complex processes,and then calculate the critical path of these process paths through PP-AOE network.The model is combined with artificial intelligence algorithm(such as genetic algorithm)to realize quasi-static intelligent scheduling and dynamic intelligent scheduling in flexible job shop.This method provides a new idea and method for intelligent scheduling with complex process in actual production.(4)For the first time,the research idea of the wear state recognition of milling cutter under complex working condition by the component of spindle current clutter is proposed.At present,there are many research methods for tool wear monitoring,among which the spindle current monitoring method is widely used because it does not affect the normal machining of the machine tool,but the current method is difficult to apply to the tool wear monitoring under complex working conditions,which limits its application in the actual industrial environment.In view of the problem that the spindle current can’t adapt to the tool wear monitoring under complex working conditions due to the influence of cutting process parameters,this paper creatively proposes a tool wear monitoring method under complex working conditions based on spindle current clutter and deep convolutional neural network.In this paper,by eliminating the relevant information reflecting the change of cutting parameters in the current signal and retaining the clutter components which have strong correlation with the tool wear state,a Le Net-WSRMC network is designed based on the deep convolutional neural network,which can mine the tool wear state features contained in the spindle current clutter adaptively,and the effectiveness of this method is verified by experiments.(5)Based on the above theory and method research,a simulation and verification platform is built around the digital workshop information interconnection architecture and intelligent function oriented to intelligent manufacturing.Based on the client / server(C/S)mode,the application programs of MES layer and SCADA monitoring layer in two kinds of digital workshop network architecture are developed,and the three-layer network architecture of MES layer,SCADA layer and equipment layer in digital manufacturing workshop is constructed.In the software environment of this information interconnection architecture,the information interaction mechanism,WDF model,PMF model,WDF information organization architecture and intelligent scheduling method based on complex process path planning model are simulated and verified.Finally,the information interconnection model and information sharing mechanism of the digital workshop for intelligent manufacturing proposed in this paper are applied in the digital manufacturing workshop of Beijing Beiyi Machine Tool Co.,Ltd.through simulation platform and field verification,the feasibility,applicability and effectiveness of the research results of this paper are proved. |
