Since the construction of the Shenzhen Shekou Industrial Zone in the 1970 s,the construction of large-scale parks in China has been in full swing and has not stopped.In the course of more than 40 years of development,large-scale parks not only carry the heavy tasks of local governments at all levels in carrying out policy experiments and institutional innovations,but also shoulder a series of major missions,shuch as achieving industrial agglomeration and upgrading,integrating innovative resources,cultivating emerging industries,and promoting urbanization.The guidance of national policies and the rapid advancement of local governments have made large parks play an important role in stimulating local economic growth and improving the efficiency of government investment and investment,playing a pivotal role in China's economic development and transformation.However,there are also many problems in the construction of large-scale parks.For example,the phenomenon of self-management,lack of systematic planning and overall promotion has led to mismatches between the infrastructure construction of the large-scale park and the functional positioning of the park,affecting the comprehensive carrying capacity of the large-scale park infrastructure.In the design and management of large-scale park infrastructure,most of them adopt the traditional design mode,that is,the complex design tasks are decomposed into multiple static and discrete design work combinations,and the focus of management is coordination.The comprehensive design model is proposed to break through the limitations of existing professional attributes and industry management,and to define a complex design task as an organic whole from a systemic and holistic perspective,bonding multiple design subjects into one with an overall function.The aggregation of the design resources,give full play to the superior resources of each design subject,and complete the design tasks through the division of labor and collaboration.The focus of its management is collaboration,that is,the design work of each design subject is dynamically synchronized to solve the multi-disciplinary deep integration involved in the design task,and to rely on the Internet and big data technology to realize design information resource sharing,improve design efficiency and quality.Therefore,the research on the comprehensive design and coordination mechanism of large-scale park infrastructure has important theoretical significance and engineering application value for the sustainable development of large-scale park infrastructure.Combining the characteristics of the comprehensive design of large-scale park infrastructure,this paper uses game models to analyze and analyze the cooperative game benefits of various design units under the comprehensive design model,revealing the inherent driving forces of the various design subjects in the comprehensive design model.Because the infrastructure design of large-scale parks is a complex process that requires the participation of multiple parties and the characteristics of staged decision-making,the synergy inherent driving of the comprehensive design process is not completely stable.Through research and analysis on the stability of the comprehensive design and coordination of the large-scale park infrastructure,the key long-term and short-term factors that affect the comprehensive and stable design and coordination are identified.Based on the research of comprehensive design coordination and stability,from the three dimensions of laws and regulations,contract constraints,and organizational constraints,a comprehensive design coordinated management and constraint mechanism for large-scale park infrastructure is constructed to create a good environment for large-scale park infrastructure comprehensive design and coordinated management.Combining the theory of complex systems,the comprehensive design synergy connotation and integrated design synergy process are analyzed,and three problems are pointed out: the lack of information management,the lack of a design environment,and the lack of an integrated comprehensive design process.From the three levels of data collaboration,graphics collaboration,and file collaboration,the overall countermeasures are given in four stages: building a collaborative work platform,establishing a database,comprehensive design process planning,and forming an integrated overall design process.The systematic study of comprehensive design collaborative management is
