| As a comprehensive modern transportation mode,intermodal transportation is one of the main directions in the future transportation development of China.The container rail-water intermodal transportation combines the multiple characteristics of container transportation,railway transportation and water transportation,which could improve transportation efficiency and reduce logistics costs,reducing emissions and pollutions.With the structural reforming of Chinese transportation and the continuous acceleration of incoming railway constructions,the trend of " roads transforming to railways" has become more obvious.Rail-water intermodal transportation in China has also developed rapidly.The effective development of container rail-water intermodal transportation not only relies on the basic transportation network and the advanced loading,unloading and transferring equipment,but also requires scientific theories and methods of containers collecting and distributing in port organization.Their coordinated development could maximize the overall efficiency and improve the service levels of transportation systems.This paper takes the collecting and distributing organization of rail-water intermodal container trains as the research object,analyzing the characteristics and influencing factors of railway containers collecting and distributing in port organization,combing with the characteristics of operation in port and shipping transportation focusing on the optimization of the container transportation scheme.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Constructing an optimized framework for the organization of container rail-water intermodal transportation.Through the analysis of the operating objectives,objects,and procedures in the key nodes of systems,such as railway containers central stations and ports,the basic principles,organizational forms,basic contents and the general framework of collecting and distributing in port organization of the rail-water intermodal transportation have been proposed,which lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.(2)Optimizing the port organization of the container trains in rail-water intermodal transportation for ships departing from the ports.Under the established framework for the optimization of the container collecting and distributing in port organization of rail-water intermodal transportation,a detailed analysis of the container collection operation process from the railway container central station,the process of container state transition,and analysis of the factors affecting the collection port organization in the process.Aiming at the scenario where the number of containers in the collecting port is much larger than that in the distributing port,with the goal of minimizing the total costs of the transportation process,and comprehensively considering the constraints of train operation,operation capacity,and container flow,an optimization model of container trains collecting in port organization based on ships departure is constructed.Heuristic algorithms are used to solve the problem.(3)Optimizing the port organization of the container trains in the rail-water intermodal transportation for ships arriving in the ports.Analyzing the influencing factors in the distributing process of port,the "contain-hour" of the rail-water intermodal container in distributing organization is defined to evaluate the efficiency of container distributing.Based on comprehensive consideration of the constraints of train numbers,line passing capacity,container importance coefficient,etc.,The optimization model of container trains distributing organization is constructed with the goal of minimizing the contain-hour during the distributing,in the scenario where the number of containers in the distributing is far greater than that in the collecting.Combined with the characteristics of the problem,a genetic algorithm is designed to solve,and sensitivity analysis of the influencing factors in the distributing process is conducted.(4)Optimizing the coordinated organization of the collecting and distributing of rail-water intermodal container trains.Comprehensively analyzing the collecting and distributing organization process of rail-water intermodal transportation,the interrelationships and influence processes in the collecting and distributing transport plan are further studied.Considering the capacity of empty cars adjustment,the optimization model of the cooperative organization of collecting and distributing with the smallest total contain-hour is constructed.According to the characteristics of the model,an adaptive genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem and to analyze the influences of the cooperative organization on the processes of collecting and distributing.By researching the organization model and method of rail container collecting and distributing of rail-water intermodal transportation,it is possible to enrich the basic theoretical research in the field of container multimodal transport organization and provide relevant theoretical supports for the operation and management of the participants in the rail-water intermodal transport.At the same time,improving the organization efficiency of railway container transportation and the utilization of railway resources and improving the service quality of rail-water intermodal transportation and the development level of intermodal transportation,have a wide range of theoretical significance for the comprehensive development of railways.Furthermore,the resulting superimposed social and economic benefits are of great practical significance and role in promoting the development of my country’s comprehensive transportation and the implementation of national strategies. |
