With the goal of carbon peak,carbon neutralization and the task of building a new power system with new energy as the main body,China's clean and low-carbon energy transformation will be further accelerated,and new energy will usher in a stage of rapid development.With the large proportion of photovoltaic wind power installed,the large fluctuation of wind farm production poses a great challenge to the safe and stable operation of power grid.At present,the introduction of large-scale heat storage is an effective way to solve the above problems.However,it is difficult to accurately evaluate the short-term capacity of the wind farm,which leads to the problems of high investment income ratio of heat storage enterprises,low participation in peak shaving and more wind abandonment in the wind farm,which seriously reduces the role of heat storage and hinders the development of new power system.In view of the above problems,based on the technical characteristics,economy and other factors of heat storage equipment,starting from the position of heat storage participating in peak shaving of power system,this paper studies the market mechanism of heat storage participating in peak shaving of load side and power generation side respectively,and studies the medium and long-term bilateral transaction mechanism of large-scale heat storage and wind power,the short-term centralized transaction mechanism of large-scale heat storage and wind farm,and the cooperative peak shaving transaction mechanism of large-scale heat storage and thermal power plant,The detailed transaction rules of interactive peak shaving between heat storage system and renewable energy and collaborative deep peak shaving between heat storage system and thermal power unit are formulated.Considering the characteristics that heat storage can respond quickly to peak shaving scheduling,the capacity price model of heat storage system is established to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of heat storage system,realize the further consumption of renewable energy,and improve the stability of power grid.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The medium and long-term bilateral transaction mechanism of large-scale heat storage and wind power is studied.To study the participation of heat storage in power system peak shaving,the first thing is to analyze the load characteristics of heat storage and the corresponding relationship with abandoned wind,and then carry out relevant research.In view of the large fluctuation of wind farm capacity and the high investment income ratio of heat storage enterprises,resulting in low participation of heat storage enterprises in peak shaving and more wind abandonment in wind farms,firstly,a medium and long-term bilateral transaction mechanism between large-scale heat storage and wind farms is proposed,and the income model and cost model between heat storage enterprises and wind farms are established,From the perspective of heat storage enterprises,an optimal allocation model of heat storage capacity considering the characteristics of abandoned air is proposed,and the continuous operation of heat storage devices is considered in the capacity constraints;Secondly,a quantitative pricing optimization method for maximizing the profit of heat storage enterprises is proposed.The price demand function of heat storage enterprises is obtained according to the capacity optimization function,and the abandoned wind power to maximize the profit of heat storage enterprises is solved based on the abandoned wind power price optimization;Thirdly,in the aspect of income balance between wind farm and heat storage enterprise,the parameters of income range and abandoned wind consumption range are introduced to optimize the price range,so as to ensure the overall benefit distribution and the amount of abandoned wind consumption.The example results show that the proposed medium and longterm bilateral transaction mechanism between large-scale heat storage and wind farm can effectively help the wind farm to abandon wind consumption,increase the sustainability of heat storage enterprises,maintain the rationality of distribution,and realize the win-win situation between wind farm and heat storage enterprises.(2)The short-term centralized trading mechanism of large-scale heat storage and wind farm is studied.There are deviations in medium and long-term transactions,so short-term transactions are needed to make up,and the accuracy required for wind power prediction will be greatly improved.In view of the large fluctuation of wind farm capacity,which makes it difficult to accurately calculate the short-term abandoned wind power,the large difference between the medium and long-term transaction order volume and the actual volume between heat storage and wind farm,and it is difficult to improve the economic benefits of heat storage enterprises,firstly,a transaction mechanism for short-term centralized transaction between large-scale heat storage and wind farm is proposed,and the quotation method of wind farm volume and heat storage enterprise demand function is designed,It lays a foundation for the consumption and clearing of abandoned wind power;Secondly,the day ahead pre evaluation method of abandoned wind power is proposed.Based on the short-term prediction theory of wind power,the day ahead pre evaluation of abandoned wind power is carried out through BP neural network and support vector machine,and the maximum allowable abandoned air volume is obtained;Thirdly,the optimal demand function model of heat storage enterprises based on multi-party game is constructed,and the penalty factor and distribution coefficient are introduced to compensate and apportion the deviation between the transaction amount and the actual value during intra day settlement,so as to ensure the effective distribution of interests and the effective consumption of abandoned wind.The example results show that the proposed short-term centralized trading mechanism of large-scale heat storage and wind farm can track the purchase of abandoned wind power in real time,effectively reduce the number of investment return years of heat storage enterprises,and ensure the effective distribution of benefits and the effective consumption of abandoned wind.(3)The transaction mechanism of collaborative peak shaving between large-scale heat storage and thermal power plants is studied.After studying the application of heat storage on the load side,the next step is to study its regulation on the power generation side.The first thing is to study how to use its own characteristics to regulate the thermal power plant.In terms of real-time transaction mechanism,aiming at the problem of insufficient enthusiasm of units to participate in peak shaving and falsely high market price under the current policy,an auxiliary service system of coordinated peak shaving between heat storage and thermal power plant is proposed from two aspects of heat storage charged thermal power unit,so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of peak shaving.In terms of heat storage,taking the large-capacity centralized electric heat storage load and power grid dispatching operation as the starting point,this paper studies the power calculation model of electric heat storage load,rated power and power demand model of abandoned wind in heating period,analyzes the relationship between wind power generation and electric heat storage load and abandoned wind in heating period,and solves the coordination problem between the agglomeration of large-capacity electric heat storage load through power grid and heating period;In terms of thermal power units,in view of the problems existing in the peak shaving benchmark and quotation rules of the current peak shaving auxiliary service market mechanism implemented in Northeast China,a floating peak shaving benchmark following the load fluctuation is proposed to ensure the peak shaving income of units,and the benchmarks of up peak shaving and down peak shaving are clearly given;By analyzing the peak shaving cost of the unit and the market information mastered by the unit,the decision function is established,and the peak shaving quotation formula of the unit is deduced;The calculation method of correlation coefficient between clearing price and down peak shaving capacity demand is proposed to compare the rationality of market clearing price under the two mechanisms.The example results show that the designed large-scale heat storage and thermal power plant collaborative peak shaving trading mechanism can effectively improve the peak shaving enthusiasm of thermal power units,ensure the smooth operation of power grid and improve the income of peak shaving units.
