Objective:To provide a favorable basis for epidemiological studies and clinical treatment of chronic pancreatitis, to Comparise and analysis of the clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of chronic pancreatitis, to discuss the etiology of chronic pancreatitis, symptoms, clinical classification, stage, internal and surgical treatment on integrative medicine; to study kang-yi granules-?on the treatment of chronic pancreatitis and pancreas fibrosis.Methods:(1) A restrospective analysis was performed for 120 cases of chronic pancreatic patients, which received treatment from 2006.1 to 2009.5 in Nankai Hospital, analysis of the incidence of patients with chronic pancreatitis etiology, clinical features, clinical classification, staging, imaging changes, integrative medicine for internal and surgical treatment.(2) 50 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into3 groups,10 for the blank group, 20 for the model group,20 for the Kang-yi granules-?group, Animal model of chronic pancreatitis were made by injecting dibutyltin dichloride (DBTC).28 days after administration rats were killed to observe the general morphology of the pancreas and histopathological changes; and the use of automatic biochemical analyzer rats to detect blood serum amylase, lipase, bile acid, blood sugar change; immunohistochemical detection of pathological changes, and Real-time PCR for detection TGF-?1 expression.Outcomes:(1)The major causes of chronic pancreatitis are biliary system diseases(38.3%), chronic alcoholism(35%). The main clinical symptoms of CP are recurrent and/or continuing pain(88.3%), abdominal distension, weight loss, indigestion. The main part of chronic pancreatitis are simple pancreatitis(35.8%) and biliary pancreatitis (38.3%). Surgical treatment of 29 cases, medical treatment of 91 cases, the operation style must be individualization.(2) The Kang-yi granules-?in rats with chronic pancreatitis signs, symptoms, such as improvements in varying degrees, can effectively reduce levels of serum amylase, bile acid, blood sugar; and pancreas injury in the role of significant repair, and granuls can protect pancreatic exocrine function, and granules can be inhibited pancreatic expression of TGF-?1.Conclusion:(1) Alcohol factor is becoming an important reason for chronic pancreatitis; CP is lack of specific clinical features; diagnostic imaging plays in important role in CP.(2) dibutyltin dichloride (DBTC) animal model of chronic pancreatitis is smiple, short time, High success rate.(3) Kang-yi granules-?can effectively treat of chronic pancreatits in rats, which can lower the amylase and blood suger, repair the injured pancrea, and decrease TGF-?1. expression.
