Objective To explore human long chain non-coding RNA in the biology of invasive pituitary adenomas.To investigate the function of long chain non-coding RNA in the biological invasive pituitary adenomas.To evaluate the relevance of human long chain noncoding RNA and the invasive pituitary adenoma and to discuss the possibility of diagnosis and treat invasive pituitary adenoma with the targeted gene of LncRNAs.Methods We collected 83 patients with pituitary adenoma surgery in Drum Tower Hospital,Nanjing Medical University Institute of Clinical College since January 2014 to January 2017.A total of 27 cases of male and 56 cases of female.All patients were accepted pituitary adenoma resection surgery.Fresh tumor pathological tissue were taken intraoperative immediately.According to the imaging and clinical manifestations of patients,they were grouped and divided into invasive group of 48 cases and noninvasive group of 35 cases.We took invasive tumor as experimental group,non-invasive tumor as the control group.All cases of patients were to routine postoperative pathologic results and devided respectively.All patients used fluorescent quantitative PCR detection and established in the different pathological types of pituitary adenomas Lnc RNA expression,and to analyze its expression in different correlation of pituitary adenomas.Results No significant statistical difference in this group of patients with pituitary adenoma in age and gender on invasive and noninvasive.Tumor diameter and volume of the invasive pituitary adenoma is generally greater than noninvasive pituitary adenomas.LncRNA MALAT-1 in invasive pituitary adenomas and noninvasive pituitary adenoma cells has no statistical significance of the expression in none functional pituitary adenomas in,however,Lnc RNA H19,LncRNA CRNDE,LncRNA HOTAIR and LncRNA MEG3 expression have obvious difference.MALAT-1 in invasive pituitary adenomas and noninvasive pituitary adenoma cells also has no statistical significance of the expression in prolactin pituitary adenomas,while Lnc RNA H19,CRNDE,HOTAIR and MEG3 expression have obvious difference.In growth hormone of pituitary adenomas,no statistical significance of the expression of MALAT-1 shows in invasive pituitary adenomas and noninvasive pituitary adenoma cells,while Lnc RNA H19,CRNDE,HOTAIR and MEG3 expression have obvious difference.The H19 and is closely relative to the invasive pituitary adenoma,CRNDE,MEG3 is negatively related to difference.HOTAIR in no functional pituitary adenomas showed a negative correlation and a positively correlated in functional pituitary adenomas.Conclusion The significance of human long chain non-coding RNA in the invasiveness of pituitary adenoma may not be significantly associated with LncRNA matla-1.The expression of Lnc RNA H19 in invasive pituitary adenomas increased significantly.The expression of LncRNA CRNDE and LncRNA MEG3 in invasive pituitary adenomas decreased.The LncRNA HOTAIR in invasive expression may be associated with the function of the pituitary adenoma,functional expression significantly increased in invasive pituitary adenomas,and no functional expression decreased obviously in invasive pituitary adenomas.Thus,LncRNA H19,LncRNA CRNDE and LncRNA MEG3 may be used as target genes for diagnosis and treatment in the invasion of pituitary adenomas.LncRNA HOTAIR may be the target gene for diagnosis or treatment of functional invasive pituitary adenoma.
