Objective:In this study, starting from the research of "Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala",this study systematically combs the ancient and modern clinical literature of " Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescription, explores the scientific connotation of the compatibility theory of " Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescription and the relationship between "disease-syndrome-prescription",provides the literature support for the research and development of related preparations and clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment,as well as the prescription Research and development provides research ideas. Methods:By using the method of philology, this paper combs the ancient and modern clinical application of "Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescription, and further explores the inheritance and evolution of this kind of compound prescription.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine literature database of the Research Institute of traditional Chinese medicine literature and culture of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine, the database of "Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescriptions was constructed;with the help of SPSS software, the usage and dosage of Alisma and Atractylodes macrocephala were statistically analyzed;with the data mining method and R software platform, the compatibility rules and characteristics of the ancient prescriptions of"Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescriptions and the law of syndrome and treatment of modern compound prescription were summarized and analyzed. Results:With the development of the times, the main symptoms of"Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescriptions have been expanded, the etiology and pathogenesis are basically the same, and they are closely related to the odor effect of Alisma orientalis and Atractylodes macrocephala. In the past dynasties, doctors mainly treated edema, diarrhea, summer heat, typhoid fever, vertigo and other diseases with"Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescriptions. The pathogenesis was mainly due to the invasion of cold, summer heat, dampness, heat and other external evils,or due to poor emotions, overwork, improper diet and so on,which caused the deficiency of spleen and stomach qi,the disharmony of viscera, and finally caused cold dampness block, dampness and heat accumulation, phlegm and dampness stasis,or qi stagnation and blood stasis and other syndromes.According to statistics,in the ancient "Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala"prescriptions, the most commonly used compound is Astragalus and Atractylodes, and the optimal dosage ratio is 1:1;Among them, the commonly used dose range of Alisma is 2.6?6.0g,and the common dose range of Atractylodes macrocephala is 3.7?6.0g;while the common dose range of the modern compound prescription containing Alisma-Atractylodes Macrocephalae is 10.0?15.0 g.Through data mining and correlation analysis,it is found that the drug"Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" is often compatible with Poria and Polyporus, followed by licorice, orange peel, cinnamon, ginseng,Coptis chinensis,Atractylodes,Guizhi, etc. The clinical symptoms are diarrhea, loose stools, short yellow urine, unfavorable urine, etc. The syndrome types include damp heat syndrome, bladder damp heat syndrome and bladder water storage syndrome, and the diseases include shower syndrome, edema and typhoid fever;summary analysis and high frequency clinical Sixteen drug groups with close symptom, syndrome type and disease.Data mining of modern clinical medical cases, including the syndrome and treatment rules of"Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescriptions, and referring to the discussion of ancient books, summed up the core syndrome and the main disease range;its main pathogenesis is the accumulation of damp and heat, stagnation of Qi and water, stagnation of phlegm and dampness and stasis, and the etiology is often associated with pathogenic factors outside wind, cold, heat and dampness, phlegm drinking, blood stasis, overwork, improper diet, and poor mood. The disease location is mainly the spleen, liver, kidney and other viscera;combing the modern clinical observation literature, summed up the suitable diseases including the antidote "Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescriptions, mainly including meniere syndrome, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, vertebrobasilar insufficiency, diarrhea, arthritis, hepatitis, cirrhosis, nephritis, nephrotic syndrome,etc..Conclusion:In this study, through literature research and data mining technology,we systematically analyzed "Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescriptions, and found that the main symptoms, symptoms, etiology, pathogenesis, disease location, suitable diseases, and the usage of "Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescriptions.By analyzing the relationship between "disease-syndrome-prescription",we further clarified the core indication of the ancient "Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescriptions is water disease, and its modern new use is the disease caused by blood turbidity, but the core pathogenesis has been consistent since ancient times.Through data mining and correlation analysis,it is found that there are 9 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines often combined with "Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala",and 16 drug groups closely related to the high-frequency symptoms, syndromes and diseases. The treatment principle and warming method are used to treat water disease agreement. In a certain sense,it complements the pathogenesis of "Alisma-Atractylodes macrocephala" prescriptions and innovates the thinking of clinical syndrome differentiation. To a certain extent,it interprets the scientific connotation of "disease-syndrome-formula" and the theory of formula compatibility, and provides reference for the research and development of its related compounds, the compatibility of drugs and clinical syndrome differentiation.
