Study On The Mechanism Of Action Of Mongolian Medicine And Anti-therapeutics Based On Metabolomics

Andai therapy is a traditional therapy with Mongolian cultural characteristics.Which is widely popular with Inner Mongolia of all ages in the form of song and dance.It not only stimulates acupoints and through whole body nerves,but also stimulates people’s spirit and enthusiasm by means of music and dance,improves the movement of Heyi and blood,strengthens physique,improves immunity,effectively promotes physical and mental health,and plays a role in preventing and treating diseases.At present,the research on Andai mainly focuses on the fields of literature,art,sociology,religion,singing and dancing.However,there is no systematically research on curative effect of Andai.Objective:Based on literature research,expert interview,questionnaire and investigation,this study used gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)to explore the mechanism of Mongolian medical Andai therapy from the perspective of Mongolian medicine,,so as to give full play to the characteristics and advantages of Mongolian medical Andai therapy in combination with modern medicine in health promotion and disease prevention.It provides a new reference index and research direction for the prevention and treatment of diseases according to regional and national characteristics.Methods:Based on literature research,expert interviews,questionnaires and investigations on the historical origin,operation,clinical effects,indications and contraindications of Andai Therapy,non-targeted metabolomic tests were performed on baseline plasma of all included patients using gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Compare the experimental group(receiving Andai therapy group)and control group(without receiving Andai therapy group)the difference of metabolites,and analysis the functions of related metabolites,screening of metabolites and related pathways through adjusting mechanism to explore the related factors,in order to study Mongolian medical Andai therapy for different Mongolian medical physique healthy people and high cholesterol metabolism influence the mechanism of action.Results:Multivariate statistical analysis and T test were used to screen differential metabolites and their pathways.The results showed that there were significant differences in metabolite expression among different treatment groups.1.Through the questionnaire survey,it was found that the therapy has the effect of improving physical and mental health and promoting sleep quality in adolescents and middle-aged people.2.Among the Health groups,results showed that most of the metabolites in the control group were intermediate metabolites of various biochemical reactions.Most of the metabolites in the experimental group were final metabolites,and the metabolism of the experimental group was more thorough.3.Based on metabonomics,the effect of monotherapy on hyperlipidemia population was studied.The results showed that the therapy could promote vasoconstriction and produce5-hydroxytryptamine by promoting 5-hydroxytryptamine synapse.Thus,5-hydroxyaldehyde and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid catalyzed by monoamine oxidase were excreted with urine to reduce the toxic reaction of the body.4.Based on the effect of metabonomics method on different Mongolian medical physique population,the results showed that the pentose phosphate pathway of Heyi constitution was more active in the comparative analysis of three kinds of constitution,but other pathways of Badagan constitution were more active,such as pentose phosphate pathway.tricarboxylic acid cycle,ATP energy supply reaction and so on.Conclusion:Andai therapy in Mongolian medicine can promote the metabolism of healthy people to a certain extent,and improve the abnormal metabolism of people with high blood lipid,while different Mongolian medicine constitution has different influence on the basic metabolism.1.Health promotion:through questionnaire survey,it is proved that the therapy has played a role in improving physical and mental health and sleep quality in adolescents and middle-aged people.2.Promote metabolism:the metabolic effect of Andai therapy on healthy people is significant;it can promote the complete metabolism of the body,reduce the formation of toxic substances,help the body to convert galactose into glucose,and promote the synthesis of muscle proteins.Thus promoting muscle production.3.Improve abnormal metabolism of hyperlipidemia:the metabolic effect of Andai therapy on hyperlipidemia population is significant.It can promote vasoconstriction,promote the occurrence of pentose phosphate pathway,and provide energy for the body.Reduce sulfur toxicity and improve abnormal metabolism in hyperlipidemia population by active sulfur metabolism.4.The influence on different Mongolian medical constitution:(1)For Heyi constitution:It can improve its aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis,the metabolism of various essential amino acids and protein digestion and absorption,thus promoting muscle growth.(2)For Xila constitution:The effect on this constitutions is more abundant and diverse,including reducing the toxic effect on the body,helping the body to reduce the sulfur toxic substances,promoting the energy metabolism of the body,achieving the effect of burning heat,facilitating the contraction of blood vessels,ensuring the normal function of smooth muscle,regulating cell differentiation and growth,promoting cell growth and development,etc.(3)For Badagan constitution:it can be used to promote protein absorption and metabolism,ensure the normal needs of the body,at the same time,promote the metabolism of sulfur toxic substances,ensure the role of insulin,reduce the incidence of diabetes.
