Objective:1.To design and construct the domain knowledge graph of Treatise on Febrile Diseases by the method of ontology.2.To train and use the TCM named entity recognition technology,to obtain the knowledge from Yang Ming disease literature,and to supplement the knowledge graph of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Methods:1.The knowledge ontology framework of Treatise on Febrile Diseases is designed with the "ontology" method of information science.2.The knowledge from the original text of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,the knowledge of common drugs in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and the knowledge of Differential Diagnosis of TCM Syndromes are classified,labeled and extracted with the labeling tool.The specific knowledge proposed is used to construct a data set of prescriptions,drugs,syndromes,diseases,and dosages.3.Each data set is imported into the Neo4j graph database through the software to construct the domain knowledge graph of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.The constructed knowledge graph of Treatise on Febrile Diseases is queried and verified.4.The named entities in the selected ancient and modern medical records are labeled firstly,and then the labeled results are used by computer experts for the training of the TCM named entity recognition model.Then the trained model is applied to the identification of the Yang Ming diease literature articles in the works of Treatise on Febrile Diseases by 14 representative physicians from the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty.5.In-depth discussions of the ideas and methods of various doctors to treat Yang Ming disease are made and the prescriptions in the results are analyzed.6.The acquired knowledge is imported into the knowledge graph of Treatise on Febrile Diseases as a supplement.Results:1.This research designed an ontology framework for the domain knowledge graph of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.2.The knowledge content of more than 100,000 Chinese words in the herbalism works Treatise on the original text of Febrile Diseases and differential diagnosis was classified into 13 concept categories including disease names,syndromes,symptoms,treatment methods,etiology,pathogenesis,prescriptions,medicinal materials,Qi,taste,efficacy,meridial distribution and prognosis,as well as 6 knowledge data sets.3.After each knowledge data set was imported into the Neo4j graph database,a knowledge graph of Treatise on Febrile Diseases containing more than 6,350 specific concepts and more than 11,300 knowledge triple was formed.4.Cypher sentences were used to retrieve multiple knowledge subgraphs of knowledge about drug pairs,six meridians diseases,prescriptions,symptoms and pulse signs in the knowledge graph,visually express and briefly interpret the knowledge content of the database,and illustrate the feasibility and convenience of the knowledge graph in knowledge organization and representation.5.The named entity recognition model was applied to the auxiliary mining of the literature data from the famous medical works of Treatise on febrile diseases on Yang Ming disease,149 prescription named entities and 74 drug entities were collected.6.The prescriptions and medicines used by doctors to treat Yang Ming disease can be summarized into the following categories:(1)The pungent and warm prescriptions for sweating and relieving.(2)The prescriptions for clearing and diffusing depressed heat(3)The prescriptions for warming the middle to stop vomiting.(4)The cathartic prescriptions.(5)The prescriptions removing the static blood and stagnation.(6)The prescriptions removing dampness to eliminate jaundice.(7)The prescriptions lubricate the intestines—ease constipation.Conclusion:The knowledge graph of Treatise on Febrile Diseases is an efficient knowledge organization and representation form.The TCM named entity recognition model is a necessary tool to supplement the knowledge graph of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,which improves the efficiency of literature mining.The Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty was a period of rapid development of the theory of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.On the basis of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,a large number of physicians expounded the new theory of Yang Ming syndrome treatment,expanded and supplemented the new methods of treating Yang Ming disease,which is an important reference to inspire our clinical thinking in Chinese medicine and improve clinical ability.
