The Tajiks is one of the main ethnic groups that located on the northwestern border of China,and also an important ethnic group of Tajikistan and Central Asia.As a branch of the East Iranian nation,the Tajiks played an essential role in the history of the development of Central Asia.The Tajiks in our country are mainly lived in Tashkurgan and the surrounding areas of Xinjiang province.As the one part of the Pamirs,they also considered as the mountain Tajiks,who believe in the Islamic Shiite.The Tajiks in Tajikistan including two classificationshave,the plain Tajiks and the alpine Tajiks or called Mountain Tajiks.The alpine Tajiks mainly lived in Gorno-Badakhshan,and believe in Ismaili.The rest are mainly plain Tajiks,and most of them are Sunni Muslims.Although there are many differences in their residence,religion,language and culture between the Tajik people in China and Tajikistan,the cross-border Tajiks also share the ethnic name,the origin and the long-term history.The area where the Tajiks were distributed was the main channel for communication between China and the other countries in ancient times.On the development of the history,the Chinese and foreign people have played an important role in the connecting of the different cultural systems in the process of crossing this place for business,diplomacy,or traveling.From the perspective of the historical and cultural relationship between China and the same origin and transnational Tajiks in Tajikistan,the historical development and geo-cultural relationship between China and inter-tajiks in central Asia are studied.This paper focuses on the construction of the relationship between ethnic groups and geoculture of Tajiks in the Pamirs plateau region between China and Tajikistan.On the whole,it summarizes the historical development of the formation,integration and diversion of Tajik transnational ethnic group in different regions,time periods and cultural backgrounds.It explores the role of Tajiks in the development of the history and culture of central Asian nations in the whole central Asian region.This paper analyzes the factors that influence transnational Tajiks in their historical development,including geopolitics,regional economy,international security cooperation(mainly in non-traditional security fields),multi-peripheral relations and international relations,and focuses on the role and role of Tajiks in the construction of trans-regional political and cultural security.Through the collation and analysis of relevant research materials at home and abroad,this paper explores the characteristics,trends,difficulties and similarities and differences of Tajik transnational cultural construction in different social and cultural environments.In addition,this paper discusses the geo-cultural relationship between the Tajiks in China and Tajikistan since the 21st century.The issue involves the identification and inheritance of the Tajik's traditional culture,the migration and geo-cultural changes between the cross-border Tajiks.Discussing the influence of the spread of the Western culture on the historical and cultural between the Tajiks in China and Tajikistan,the cultural construction and multi-dimensional cooperation of the transnational Tajiks under the influence of non-traditional security.Besides,this paper also analysis the Tajiks political and economical cooperation and the construction of geo-cultural relations with the development of the "Silk Road Economic Belt".Through the study of the history and culture of Tajik ethnic groups in different periods,regions and different cultural backgrounds,this paper will explore the geopolitical,regional economic,non-traditional security cooperation in current Tajiks society,and the influence from neighbor countries and international society to the development of Tajiks in cross-border countries.More importantly,thie paper focurs on the role of Tajiks in cross-regional,political and cultural security construction,hope to provid theoretical support for political,economic,social and cultural communicantion and cooperation between China and Tajikistan or other countries in Central Asia.This paper consists of three parts:introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part discusses the reason for the topic selection and research significance of this paper,sorts out the domestic and foreign research overview related to the theme of this paper,and combines the writing of this paper to interpret the key concepts to some extent.The main body is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is mainly to comb the development venation of the history of the Tajiks.Dissusses the origin,development,migration and settlement of cross-border Tajiks under the influence of various forces based on the contral of the Pamirs and the west resign by ancient Chinese.The second chapter mainly discusses the competition between Britain and Russia in central Asia from the early 19th century to the early 20th century and the formation of transnational Tajik in modern times.On the basis of the migration and integration of the Tajik,this paper elaborates on the management of the Tajiks by the three Khanate states,the influence of the anglo-russian competition on the development of the Tajik,and the Chinese government's jurisdiction over and settlement of the Tajiks in pamir and its neighboring areas,etc.,and explores the regional and power competition among the major powers in central Asia in the 19th century and its multiple influences on the living conditions,living areas and cultural forms of transnational tajiks.The third chapter discusses the ethnic development and regional construction of the Tajiks in China after the establishment of the Xinjiang province at the end of the Qing Dynasty and during the Republic of China.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the changes of inter-tajik transnational and geo-cultural relations under the influence of Soviet culture from the 1920s to the end of the 20th century.This paper focuses on the establishment of the political status of transnational Tajiks in the Soviet Union and the influence of the political orientation and policy orientation of the Soviet Union on the cultural identity and geopolitical construction of central Asian Tajiks.It further illustrates the influence of the Soviet Union's policy of regional ethnic autonomy on the ethnic identity and ethnic identity construction of China's Tajiks.In addition,the author also discusses the legacy of Soviet cultural factors in transnational Tajik culture.The fifth chapter discusses the social development of Tajiks in China and Tajkistan,and discusses the construction of the geopolitical relations of the transnational Tajiks under different political backgrounds.The sixth chapter mainly discusses the construction of geopolitical and cultural relations between Tajiks in Tajikistan and Tajiks in China since the 21st century.The issues involve the transnational Tajik's identification and inheritance of their traditional culture,the cross-border migration of contemporary Tajiks and geopolitical cultural changes,the influence of the spread of western culture on the historical and cultural exchanges between transnational Tajiks in China and Tajikistan,and the cultural construction and multi-cultural cooperation of transnational Tajiks under the influence of non-traditional security.Starting from the historical development,this paper mainly discusses the political and economic cooperation and the construction of geopolitical and cultural relations among transnational Tajiks in the construction of "silk road economic belt".In the conclusion part,the author analyzes and expounds the influencing factors and the existing problems of the construction of transnational Tajik cultural relations between China and Tajikistan.
