Along with continuously promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind,not only does this new concept with its current progress provide a platform and context for the research and practice of China to actively participate in the world communication,but also needs all related fields to make concerted efforts to support its building,so as to bring this blueprint into reality soon.Since this concept was put forward,the international Chinese language education led by China(abbr."the international Chinese education")has made unprecedented achievements.However,in recent years,with the dispute between China and the United States,the international Chinese education has been partly hampered and challenged by the US and few other Western countries,and has got a bottleneck in the period.Centering on the building of a community with a shared future for mankind,research on international Chinese education from the perspective of the community is not only the need to promote the development of international Chinese education itself,but also the significance of international Chinese education to help the in-depth building of a community with a shared future for mankind.In this paper,literature research method is used to sort out the relevant theories from the classic works of Marx,Engels,Lenin and other writers,to discuss the basic relationship between community,and language as well as its cross-native spread.First,the communication practice of community plays a fundamental role in language and its spread,while as the most important media tool in communication practice,language with its education,spread and use directly promotes the construction of community in the aspects of material and spiritual interests.The free and comprehensive development of human essence unites language and community.Second,from the perspective of community,language shows dual attributes,namely ideological attribute and nonideological attribute as a universal public product,which determines the dual missions of language:it naturally has the intention of promoting and expanding its own spiritual and cultural characteristics including ideology,and also contributing to the construction of the community at a higher level as a public product,i.e.the dual missions of "conveying to others" and "benefiting others".Third,the macro-micro cultural field potential difference that international language education must encounter influences on the relationship between the above-mentioned dual missions:in the "macro cultural field favorable balance" context,the ideological attribute of language constitutes empowerment of its non-ideological values as a public product,and thus the dual missions of" conveying to others" and "benefiting others" form a resultant force,the virtuous circle of the two makes the international education of this language relatively smooth;while in the "macro cultural field unfavorable balance"context,especially the macro-micro "double cultural field unfavorable balance",the ideological attribute fails to empower the value as a public product but entails risks,and thus the mission of "conveying to others" drags down the mission of "benefiting others";in the context where there is not a distinct favorable or unfavorable balance,the relatively advantegous classified segments in micro cultural field play a significant role.The communication practice of community as the fundamental restrictive factor,the macro-micro cultural field potential difference and the dual missions of language in cross-native spread,jointly constitute the framework of"communication-potential difference-mission" for the path of international language education.This paper projects the above theoretical framework into the practice in Chinese context.It analyzes three kinds of interactions between the community of Sino-foreign relations and the international Chinese education in three histrocial periods:in acient China with the key words of "tian xia"(land under heaven),in the nearly 30 years between the foundation of People's Republic of China and the Reform and Opening-up,and in the new era along with the promoting of a community with shared future for mankind.It also conducts a diachronic study of the "tributary trade circle" in history and the "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership"(RCEP)agreement community today,focusing on the change of dural cultural field potential differnce.Compared with the global spread of western languages since the great navigation,this paper discusses the logic behind the paths of international language education under the frameworks of different communities,with a focus on the particularity of China,Chinese traditional culture and Chinese language,which determines the dual missions of Chinese language from the perspective of a community with shared future for mankind.Based on the above discussion of generality and particularity,this paper discusses the delevopment of the China-promoted international Chinese education,and puts forward suggestions.First of all,in the aspect of communication,the China-promoted international Chinese education has fundamentally benefited from the rise of China in the process of economic globalization and the corresponding climbing economic value of Chinese language,the gradual progress of material production logic of which constitutes its political and cultural foundation.The promotion of building a community with shared future for mankind as well as a series of advantageous intermediate communities under its framework,has created a practical context for the international Chinese education.The development of the international Chinese education is not only the weather vane of the development of a community with shared future for mankind,but also plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the building of the community,and will thrive in the future accordingly.Secondly,in the aspect of potential difference and mission,different from the historical path of "Kingly way of politics" in the context of dural cultural field favorable balance,or that in the 30 years before the Reform and Opening-up in a relatively macro cultural field favorable balance caused by the Iron Curtain and other historical reasons,the international Chinese education in the new era is facing the most complicated situation,especially the test of "double cultural field unfavorable balance" in some areas,where most risks and challenges are concentrated.When the historical framework of "tian xia"(land under heaven)must be sublated and transcended,and the limited diplomacy be expanded to opening-up and global governance,we should not only learn from western languages' "going out" path,but also avoid the trap of "language imperialism" under the logic of the conquer type,and emphasize the situation of cultural field potential difference.The international Chinese education should follow the common value joint of "the union of free individuals" and "the Great Harmony of the world" of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,take a standpoint of transcending ideological differences and civilization conflicts,and play its role in a two-way multi-language community with the spirit of "appreciating the cultures of others,for a Great Harmony in the world",where "conveying to others" and "benefiting others" the dural missions of Chinese language will be fulfilled.Thirdly,regarding the specific countermeasures this paper suggests:1.take full advantage of Confucius Institute,with a continuous reform of deofficialization and diversification;2.adjust the global layout of the international Chinese education,avoiding excessively focusing on the "double cultural field unfavorable balance"zone,and actively make the best of those advantageous intermediate communities;3.promote Chinese language with a multilateral goal of "win-win" in a two-way muti-language pattern,enhance the communication with other languages and cultures,and explore the potential of"international Chinese-speaking high-skilled talents",playing down ideological factors while highlighting the value as a public product of Chinese language.
