Research On The Historical Mission And Realization Of Cultural Confidence In The New Era

Cultural confidence is the most basic,profound and durable force in the development of a society and a country.The process of China's continuous modernization is essentially a process of constructing a new civilization;The rise of China is not only the increase of economic volume,but also the spiritual richness and cultural renaissance.There is a close relationship between national rejuvenation and cultural self-confidence.The latter is an important element that we must pay attention to and take seriously in the process of moving towards a modern power.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,"cultural confidence" has always appeared as a high-frequency word in a series of speeches and meetings of national leaders.It is a more basic,broader and deeper confidence.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that without a high degree of cultural confidence,there can be no great rejuvenation of our nation.In addition,under the historical position of the New Era,the main social contradictions in China have changed,the demand for spiritual culture has gone beyond the past,and "people's yearning for a better life" has risen to a new height.At the same time,China has entered a new stage of "the 14 th five year plan" development,facing a new domestic and international situation.All these provide an opportunity for us to study cultural confidence.Therefore,cultural confidence in the New Era means that,the Chinese nation is fully aware of the value,function and historical mission of its own culture under the background of the transformation of major social contradictions and the bright rejuvenation of the Chinese nation;We have great confidence that we can effectively deal with the opportunities and challenges faced by cultural development and successfully realize the cultural mission and other major issues;We have always maintained a positive attitude of openness,tolerance and equality in promoting our own cultural soft power and discourse power.Based on this,this dissertation discusses cultural confidence according to the logic of "what","why" and "how".The first question is,what is "cultural confidence"(including connotation,generation mechanism,composition,function,etc.),and what is cultural confidence in the new era and its historical mission.The second is the question of "why",that is,why China needs cultural confidence in the New Era,and why we can achieve our historical mission.Finally,there is the question of "how to do",that is,according to the opportunities and challenges we are facing in the New Era,what principles and guidelines we should follow,and what strategies we should adopt to realize the historical mission of cultural confidence in the new era.The writing ideas of this dissertation are as follows:In the first part of this dissertation,the basis and necessity of the topic selection are elaborated from two perspectives at home and abroad,and then the research status of this topic at home and abroad is sorted and classified.On this basis,the dissertation introduces the main research ideas and methods,as well as the innovation and shortcomings of the dissertation.The second part of the article discusses the theoretical basis and ideological resources of cultural confidence research.On the theoretical basis,it mainly discusses the main points from Marx to General Secretary Xi Jinping about the important value of "culture",how to treat traditional culture and heterogeneous culture,and how to oppose erroneous ideological trend.For example,the classical writer's theory of social consciousness;Lenin's criticism of the "proletarian cultural school" in his country;General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the importance of culture from the height of world progress and national rejuvenation.wait.In terms of ideological resources,this dissertation explains the main contents of Chinese excellent traditional culture,revolutionary culture,socialist advanced culture?In addition,this chapter also introduces the "cultural industry" theory of Frankfurt school,Daniel Bell's "capitalist cultural contradiction" theory,"cultural capital" concept of Pierre Bourdieus,and Huntington's theory of civilization conflict.They are the important theoretical basis and ideological resources for us to study the related issues.The third part of the article discusses the basic theories of cultural confidence,which is mainly explained around the following four issues: first,the scientific connotation of cultural confidence,the essence of culture and the similarities and differences between "civilization".It also discusses the essence of "cultural confidence".At the same time,this chapter also clarifies the relationship between cultural confidence and the other three confidence.The article also defines the connotation of "cultural confidence" and "cultural confidence in the New Era".Secondly,on the formation mechanism of cultural confidence,this dissertation discusses the theoretical premise,internal motivation,external conditions and key support of cultural confidence;Third,on the basic composition of cultural confidence,this dissertation discusses the three aspects of value confidence,thinking style confidence and behavior style confidence;Finally,the main functions of cultural confidence are explained in detail from the dynamic function,the guidance function,the cohesion function and the marking function.The fourth part discusses the historical mission of cultural confidence in the new era.The article holds that the Communist Party of China is a typical Marxist mission oriented party,and our party clearly puts forward the requirement of the times that "contemporary Chinese Communists and Chinese people should and will be able to shoulder the new cultural mission".This dissertation mainly elaborates from the five perspectives of motivation,purpose,subjectivity,functionality and internationality: the dynamic mission of cultural confidence in the new era is to provide strong spiritual power for the realization of the "four greatness";The purposive mission is to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,which is also the important content and basic symbol of the latter;The mission of subjectivity is to meet people's needs for a better life;The functional mission is to provide cultural support for confidence in the path,theory,system,and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics;The international mission is to expand the path of modernization,actively participate in global governance and lead the new path of peaceful development.The fifth part discusses the necessity,urgency,challenges and opportunities of realizing the historical mission of cultural confidence in the new era.The article holds that it is necessary for us to enhance our cultural confidence and realize our cultural mission to adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,build a modern socialist country,coordinate development and security,and practice the overall national security concept;The urgency of this issue is reflected in three aspects: entering a new era,meeting people's needs for a better life,and China's active participation in global governance;The serious challenges we are facing are stratum differentiation,diverse interests and values,Internet security,striving for international discourse power and enhancing cultural soft power;At the same time,we must pay attention to the following opportunities: the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has ushered in a bright future,socialism with Chinese characteristics has gradually become popular among the people,and the degree of recognition and acceptance of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been continuously improved.The sixth part of the article discusses the guiding ideology and basic principles of realizing the historical mission of cultural confidence in the new era.This article believes the ideas that,in order to realize the cultural confidence in the new era and its historical missions,the following aspects must be done: first,adhere to the guidance of Marxism;second,adhere to the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era;Adhere to the value-leading role of socialist core values.At the same time,we must adhere to certain basic principles,which are:unity and diversity;The party spirit and the people's character are unified;The national character and the world nature are unified.The seventh part of the article discusses the main path to realize the historical mission of cultural confidence in the new era.This dissertation elaborates the five aspects of strengthening the security of mainstream ideology,adhering to the concept of cultural development with the people as the center,nurturing and enhancing the socialist core values,learning the party history of the Communist Party,especially the study and perfection of the system,the innovation theory and the development of economy in the Centenary party history.The conclusion part of this dissertation,reinterprets the new stage of development and new historical position we are currently in,combined with recent realities(for example,the first,the establishment of the Research Center for the Overall National Security Concept,and the second,Chinese authorities have released a circular in order to further promote the spirit and cultivate the social atmosphere of socialist rule of law,etc.)further demonstrates the significance of the times of cultural confidence and the important connotation of historical mission,and once again the author emphasizes the Chinese nation's principle of "must first self-beauty" and "must be confident".
