| After the Second World War,driven by national egoism,many countries regarded their own interests as supreme,regardless of the interests of other countries and the overall interests of mankind.When national interests conflicted with the interests of other countries and the overall interests of mankind,they chose to damage the interests of other countries and even all mankind.Contemporary mankind is faced with global problems such as environmental pollution,ecological destruction,nuclear weapons threats,terrorism,disease epidemics,transnational crimes,etc.These problems have brought serious threats to human survival and development.The causes of these problems are complex while the deeply ideological point is that mankind has formed neither consensus of values on many major issues related to its own survival and development,nor universal human values.Besides,there are serious differences and antagonisms in values among countries in the world,which must be profound.The root of the level of thought.With the process of globalization,mankind has gradually formed some scattered value consensus,but they have not yet become a complete system of the common values of mankind.With the development of economic globalization,mankind has actually formed a community with shared destiny.When attending the 2015 annual meeting of the Forum for Asia,President Xi Jinping,China's national leader,followed the trend and put forward the initiative of "promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind by marching towards an Asian community with shared destiny which received strong response around the whole world."Building a community with a shared future for mankind was written into the UN resolution.All this shows that this concept has been widely recognized,and that China's great contribution to global governance.To Build a community with a shared future for mankind,universal human values must be its core and soul as well as the foundation and support.At the 70th Anniversary Conference of the United Nations to commemorate the founding of the United Nations,President Xi Jinping pointed out: "Peace,development,fairness,justice,democracy,and freedom are the common values of all mankind and the lofty goal of the United Nations.The goal is far from being completed,and we still have to work hard.President Xi Jinping's speech has actually put forward the task of building universal human values based on the needs of building a community with a shared future for mankind.In recent years,there have been many discussions on the common values of mankind and a community with a shared future for mankind at home and abroad.Fruitful results have been achieved.But so far,there has not been a complete systematic study on putting universal human values in the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind.In view of this situation,this thesis attempts to clarify the necessity,possibility and feasibility of establishing a value system compatible with a community with a shared future for mankind,based on preliminary excavation and carding of Chinese and western the common values of mankind in history and using their valuable theories.Besides,the thesis will focus on the structure of the human common value theory system from the three levels: the ultimate value goal,core value concept,and basic value principle.Finally,the thesis puts forward some tentative ideas on the principles and paths of the realistic construction of human common value system.The paper mainly launches discussion from four following respects:Firstly,clarify the ideological and theoretical origins of the the common values of mankind system.The theory and practice of the the common values of mankind in Chinese and Western history is an important thought resource for constructing the human common value system today.Chapter One mainly cardings,analyzes,refines and summarizes the thoughts of human common value in the history of Chinese and Western thoughts.The Western value system takes happiness as the ultimate value goal,discussing and building a "good society"(ideal society),and proposing to make freedom,equality,democracy,rule of law,and justice as its core value concepts.This has a positive significance for the construction of common value system.Chinese values contain important enlightenment to solve the problems of the relationship between man and man,man and society,as well as man and nature.The concepts of "Heaven and Man in One","The World Is Public","The World is the Same"," Universal love","Harmony in All Nations","Harmony but Different" and other concepts in Chinese traditional values,the Three People's Principles in modern society Ideas,“seeking happiness for the people,rejuvenation for the nation,universal unity for the world”,and the comprehensive and free development of people,are all important ideological resources for building a human common value system.Therefore,it is necessary to make full use of and excavate the resources of China and the West when constructing the human common value system.Through sorting out the unique human common value thoughts in history,the thesis summarizes some reasonable factors,which provide ideological nourishment and valuable enlightenment for the construction of contemporary human common value.Secondly,elaborate on the necessity,possibility and feasibility of building a human common value system.By analyzing the fact that mankind has not yet established a value system compatible with the community of human destiny,as well as the current situation of human value conflicts and facing serious crises,chapter 2 puts forward the necessity to build a human common value system.It analyzes the possibility of constructing a human common value system from several aspects,including the common nature of human beings to seek a better life,the increasing overall consciousness of human beings,and the formation of some important value consensuses.Finally,the realistic conditions for building a common value system for mankind are elaborated.These conditions include modern technology informatization and cultural exchanges,international organizations,conferences,events,United Nations instruments and international law,regional communities and cooperative organizations,etc.Thirdly,theoretically put forward a preliminary framework for the human common value system.The human common value system is a very complex value system with different dimensions and different levels of subsystems and elements,among which exists intricate interaction mechanisms.The third chapter mainly outlines the overall structure of human common value system from three levels: ultimate value goal,core value concept,and basic value principle.It also elaborates the necessity,basic meaning and basis of the establishment of each level within the framework.This chapter is the main part of this article,expressing the main points.This article holds that the ultimate value goal of the common value system of mankind includes the bottom-line goal(eternal peace in the world)and the highest goal(universal happiness of mankind).Its core values are peace,development,fairness,justice,democracy,freedom and cooperation,win-win,harmony.While the supremacy of human interests,the maintenance of basic human rights,abiding by the bottom line of peace,and the settlement of conflicts through consultation should be the most basic principle of the common value system of mankind.Fourthly,expounds the principles and paths of the realistic construction of human common value system.The theoretical human common value system or universal human values must be transformed into reality.Only after transforming into international regulations and culture can it solves major problems faced by contemporary human beings,leading the world and mankind to accelerate their progress towards permanent peace and universal happiness.Nevertheless,only by following certain principles and paths can human common value system become a realistic value system that plays an important role in human life.The fourth chapter,based on the successful experience of the construction of the value system in the history,puts forward four main principles: adaptation to the a community with a shared future for mankind,respect for national sovereignty,equality of all countries and the principle according to the actual situation of each country.This chapter also proposes that the consensus,consultation,co-construction and co-governance of all countries should be taken as the main path for the realistic construction of human common value system. |
