Quality Evaluation Of The Integration Of Cultural And Tourism Industries And Study On The Spatial Spillover Effects

The development of industrial integration first emerged in the 1960 s,due to the new industrial paradigm triggered by the transformation and diffusion of technological development.The integration of culture and tourism needs to break the industrial boundaries and move the functions,services,technologies,elements,resources,and products that originally belonged to the culture and tourism industries,and promote the transfer of elements from sectors with lower production efficiency to higher sectors.Ultimately realize the optimal allocation of element resources.At present,although the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industries across the country has achieved certain results,there are still problems such as insufficient integration depth,low product supply capacity,and insufficient input of factors,which reflect the problems of insufficient integration of the two industries and low quality of supply.However,existing studies have paid more attention to the connotation,effects,motivations and business development of the integration of cultural and tourism industries,while less attention has been paid to the concept and evaluation of the quality of industrial integration.At the same time,under the background of continuously deepening regional coordinated development and striving to build a new dual-circulation development pattern,the problem of uneven regional integration and development still exists,which determines that the integrated development of the two industries requires the introduction of the concept of "space".Based on this,this thesis puts forward the concept and evaluation model of cultural and tourism industry integration quality,analyzes the reality of insufficient integration of the two industries through the characteristics of temporal and spatial evolution,and explores the two industry integration regions with the help of spatial spillover effects and driving factors analysis The formation mechanism of unbalanced development provides a useful reference for promoting the deep integration and development of regional culture and tourism industry.The research content of this thesis follows the logic system of "inquiry-modeling-demonstration-enlightenment".Specifically:(1)Exploratory analysis.Supported by theories of industrial integration,convergence of conditions,technical efficiency,and coupling,combined with the integration and development practice of culture and tourism industry in the new era,it theoretically explains the integration quality of culture and tourism industry;(2)Modeling analysis.Through mathematical derivation,a conceptual model of the integration quality of cultural and tourism industries is constructed.On this basis,a comprehensive application of grounded theory,expert interviews,and statistical analysis have constructed a 3E indicator system for the culture and tourism industry from the three dimensions of development elements(Element),development effects(Effect),and development environment(Environment).Comprehensive weighting method determines the index weight;(3)Empirical analysis.First,the non-parametric stochastic frontier model and the coupling coordination degree model are used to separately measure the integration path and integration index of the cultural and tourism industries;secondly,the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition,Kernel density estimation,Bayesian space-time hierarchical nonlinear method and other space-time analysis are used to focus on the exploration The overall time series characteristics,static temporal and spatial differences and dynamic evolution laws of the cultural and tourism industry quality of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China,and further divide the integration quality into three types of development: hot spot,warm spot and cold spot;With the help of social network,it analyzes the spatial correlation and overflow characteristics of the integration quality of culture and tourism industry from the overall characteristics,individual characteristics and block models.Put forward the hypothesis of spatial proximity competition mechanism and five development concepts,establish a framework system of driving factors affecting the quality of the integration of the two industries,and use the spatial measurement model to verify the spatial spillover effect hypothesis and empirical analysis of the driving mechanism.(4)Enlightenment analysis.On the basis of systematically summarizing the aforementioned theories and empirical analysis,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integration and quality development of regional culture and tourism industry.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)From the perspective of the historical stage characteristics of the integration quality of the cultural and tourism industries,it has experienced three evolutionary stages of consumer market demand—optimization of the industrial supply structure—coordinative diffusion of supply and demand;The type that is on the verge of dysfunction,from 2010 to 2015,it remained at the stage of dysfunction,and it was not promoted to the barely coordinated type until 2016.The integration path has experienced three stages: the tourism industry promotes the cultural industry,the stalemate stage,and the cultural industry promotes the tourism industry.Each phase transition will significantly enhance the degree of integration of the two industries.At the same time,the stalemate game stage will affect the path selection of the next stage,which is essentially the result of the improvement of technical efficiency;the deviation of the two fusion path indexes from the ideal level shows a trend of intermittent and alternating fluctuations.(2)The integration quality of cultural and tourism industries presents a spatial pattern of declining steps from east to west,but the phenomenon of promotion to higher-level types mostly occurs in the central and western regions,indicating that their development is relatively active;the sources of static spatial differences are three major Differences between regions are the main source;in the overall dynamic evolution trend,the fusion index of the eastern and western regions has a double peak phenomenon,the central part has a single peak phenomenon,and the fusion path has a double peak phenomenon.In terms of local linear changes,the quality level of regional two-industry integration and its development speed present a positive correlation with the Matthew effect characteristics,and its acceleration trend presents a reverse change.Some hot spots in the east have the characteristics of diminishing marginal effects.(3)The spatial correlation characteristics between the cultural and tourism industry integration quality areas are significant,showing the companion effect and spatial spillover effect of spatial proximity,and the degree of dependence between provinces is continuously increasing;the spatial correlation network shows that the overall spatial correlation network is relatively low.Both the network level and network efficiency show a downward trend,indicating that the spatial correlation between networks has increased.In the individual spatial association network,the overall high-level and higher-level provinces are at the core,presenting a "core-peripheral" spatial association network pattern.The analysis of the block model shows that the members of the net spillover plate are composed of provinces of the hot spot type,and the members of the two-way spill plate mostly come from the provinces of the warm spot type.The provinces of the broker plate belong to the type of warm spot and cold spot,and the main benefit plate is composed of provinces of cold spot.(4)The quality of the integration of cultural and tourism industries is formed by the spatial spillover of neighboring areas and the development of the five major systems.The empirical results basically prove the existence of spatial spillover effects.From the perspective of driving factors,the drive for innovation and development is the core force,which realizes the transformation from the comparative advantage of resources to the competitive advantage driven by innovation.The coordinated development is driven by agglomeration,and the transformation of the integrated quality growth structure from quantitative scale to structural optimization is realized.The driving force of green development is symbiosis,realizing the transformation of the mode of integrated quality growth from extensive to green and low-carbon.The driving force of open development is influence,and the pattern of integration and quality growth has been transformed from "inviting in" to "going out" in a balanced manner.The driving force of shared development is the supporting force to realize the transformation from unbalanced to inclusive and sharing of the results of integrated quality growth.Compared with existing research,the research contributions of this thesis are as follows:(1)The concept of integration quality of culture and tourism industry is defined through the idea of technical efficiency.Existing studies mostly focus on the perspective of coupling and coordination,and lack in-depth discussions on the integration and development path of cultural promotion of tourism industry and tourism promotion of cultural industry.This paper not only puts forward the concept of the quality of the integration of the two industries,but also further develops the evaluation of the integration quality of the culture and tourism industry from the two levels of the integration path and the integration index of the two industries,providing reference and reference for exploring the effectiveness of the integration and development of the culture and tourism industry.(2)Under the guidance of the theory of conditional convergence,an evaluation model of the integration quality of cultural and tourism industries has been constructed.Existing researches mostly explore the mechanism of cultural and tourism integration based on theories such as industrial integration and industrial chain,but there are few studies on the use of conditional convergence theory and the construction of evaluation models for fitting.Constructed a fusion quality evaluation model and measurement method,which provides a theoretical basis for the empirical analysis of cultural and tourism industry fusion quality evaluation.(3)The spatial proximity competition mechanism introduces the study of the spatial spillover effect of cultural and tourism industry integration quality.Put forward the hypothesis of “seeing the superior” and “seeing the inferior,thinking slowly”,discussing the spatial interaction and influence relationship between the cultural and tourism industry integration quality of the local and neighboring regions,which will be more conducive to the overall coordination of the regional In the process of inter-industry integration,various spatial elements,resources and interest associations,thereby improving the quality of regional industry integration.
