Study On The Theory And Practice Of International Cooperation With Chinese Characteristics

It is self-evidently important to study the international cooperation which is closely related to the survival and development of human beings.However,the universality and complexity of the phenomenon and behavior of international cooperation make the theoretical research become a big problem.With economic globalization,political multi-polarization,social informatization and the development of cultural diversity,human civilization has come into a stage of multi levels,diversity,competition and cooperation with many problems colliding and mixing.It's impossible to go through this stage in a partial and simple way to solve the dynamic,open,complex and systematic problems.In the accelerated process of diversified globalization,the destinies of mankind are more and more closely linked.Seeking cooperation will be inevitable.In a broader sense,how to achieve harmony and common destiny among people and nations is not only a process of sublating the old world order and building a new one,but also a major practical issue for mankind to move toward civilization.To understand cooperation from a global perspective and breadth of mind has become an urgent need of theory and practice.The cooperation should become the world outlook and methodology in the view of grand theory in the world nowadays.Although the realists see the realities of world chaos and conflicts among the great powers,human beings are forward-looking intelligent ones who need extraordinary courage and enough wisdom to get out of the dilemma of the conflicts.Conflict and cooperation are a continuum that can be transformed into each other.As long as there is a framework to resolve conflict,there will be a basis for cooperation.Practice constitutes the fundamental logic of the development of human society.How to move into the future through the practical form of grand cooperation is a common issue the contemporary world is facing.Problems drive the transformation of development,and crises generate consensus on development.When human society is faced with common development problems,how to promote rational thinking and profound reflection on global development issues will determine the future direction of mankind.If three variables among the international cooperation system of world outlook,the national capacity and international system can form a benign interaction,the possible elements of realizing the harmonious international order will increase progressively under the joint action of the practical level of incremental improvement and optimization.The end of hegemonic stability and the generation of new stable order will inevitably replace the old concepts and the new practice of civilization and the real community will be realized.The purpose of this study is to comprehensively and systematically analyze the basic concepts,theoretical origins,paradigm structure,practical logic,realistic dilemma and the deepening path of the international cooperation theory with Chinese characteristics.Specifically,from the perspective of Marxist holistic approach,it is to explore how and to what extent international cooperation is affected by the three basic variables based on practice,namely,world outlook,ability and system.And to what extent the benign interaction between China and the world will affect the change of the international system and promote the historical process of world peace and development.The ultimate goal of the construction of Chinese Marxist theory of international cooperation is to discover the "Chinese logic" and "Chinese characteristics" of cooperation from the complex phenomenon of international cooperation.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the logical starting point which focuses on the relevant basic concepts of international cooperation,defines the concept of "Chinese Marxist international cooperation",and clarifies the significance of the study of "theoretical integrity".The second chapter is the foundation of the argument.It mainly expounds the theoretical origin of Chinese Marxism international cooperation from four dimensions,which forms the foundation of this paper.The third chapter is the theoretical analysis aimed at building the basic paradigm of Chinese Marxist international cooperation theory,namely the international cooperation of the "World view-Ability-Institution" structure.It strives to explore the world and international cooperation relationship,the relationship between national capacity and international cooperation,and the mutual relationship between the international system and international cooperation,then to reveal the regularity of Chinese Marxist international cooperation.The fourth chapter is the practical logic which discusses the historical evolution of Chinese Marxist thought of international cooperation since the founding of New China,empirically analyses the practice innovation of Chinese Marxist international cooperation from the structural paradigm of "world outlook,ability and system" and systematically summarizes the basic characteristics of China's Marxism international cooperation.The fifth chapter is the real dilemma which makes a structural analysis of the realistic dilemma of Chinese Marxist international cooperation from three aspects: world outlook,national capacity and international system.The sixth chapter is the path selection which puts forward to the practice path of international cooperation with Chinese characteristics.
