It is the fine tradition and political advantage of the Communist Party of China to maintain its political nature of being the vanguard party by developing high-quality Intraparty Political life.The fundamental position and important role of the Intraparty Political Life in the construction of the Party requires that we should pay close attention to its quality.However,the quality construction of the Intraparty Political Life is not once and for all,but a process of continuous improvement.At present,the Communist Party of China is unswervingly pushing forward the new great project of the Party's construction in order to unite and lead the people to carry out the great struggle,advance the great cause and realize the great dream.The 19 th National Congress of the Party put forward the scientific proposition and major task of "continuously improving the quality of the party's construction".All of these put forward new and higher requirements for the quality construction of the Intraparty Political Life under the new circumstances.How to continuously upgrade and improve the quality of the Intraparty Political Life in the new era is a research topic of academic and practical value.This paper takes the quality of the Intraparty Political Life as the research object,and explores the theme of "what is the quality of the Intraparty Political Life,why it should be improved,and how to guarantee and improve it" under the guidance of Marxist theory of Party building.Adopting dialectical materialism and historical materialism as the general methods,and through literature analysis,historical theory combination and the combination of theory and practice,the paper conducts a panoramic research on the quality construction of the quality of the Intraparty Political Life,initially forming a complete research chain,with the research logic of concept analysis,theory tracing,history investigation,reality analysis,countermeasure path,verification and evaluation.The full text consists of the introduction,five chapters and the conclusion.The introduction mainly expounds on the reasons for and the theoretical and practical significance of carrying out the research on the quality construction of the Intraparty Political Life,reviews the current research situation at home and abroad,clarifies the research ideas and methods,and summarizes the innovation points of this study.Chapter One is mainly theoretical,offering a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the conceptual connotation of the “the quality of the Intraparty Political Life” and a summary of Marx's,Engels' and Lenin's thoughts on the construction of quality of the political life within the Party,with the aim of determining the nature of the research object so as to lay a solid foundation democratic revolution period,the socialist revolution and construction period,and the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,and summarizes the experience acquired from the Party,the laws and regulations within the party,and the system and mechanism of Intraparty Political Life,all of which have important implications in the quality construction of the Intraparty Political Life under the new circumstances.Chapter Three is a practical investigation of the construction of the Intraparty Political Life quality in the new era,analyzing and summarizing the new measures and experiences of the quality construction of the Intraparty Political Life in the new era,including the unity of the ideological construction of the Party,the discipline strengthening of
