The Development And Application Of Chinese Women's Volleyball Technical And Tactical Diagnosis System

Chinese Women Volleyball Team is one of the sports teams with outstanding achievements in various sports teams of Modern China,as well as the first team winning �Five Successive Championships� of volleyball match in the world.To perfect the diagnostic work on technique and tactics of Chinese Women Volleyball Team,this research applies such methods as literature data method,expert interview method,video-aided analysis,technique and tactics statistical method to conduct meticulous sorting,induction and summary for the current technique and tactics diagnosis theory and method,based on which integrates the advantages of various aspects to establish a set of diagnostic system regarding technique and tactics of Chinese Women Volleyball Team.Research conclusion:1)The concept of technical and tactical diagnosis of Chinese Women Volleyball: The diagnostician based on scientific theory,by use of scientific methods,to evaluate the effects of techniques for Chinese women's volleyball team in the game,in order to identify gaps and weaknesses,and then looking for the cause from the skilled movements and tactical aspects,so as to provide a reference for the creation of a prescription,the improvement of technical movements and tactics.The concept of technical and tactical diagnosis for Chinese Women Volleyball team points out the direction and scopes of the framed for diagnostic studies and practical work,helps us to grasp and examine the technical and tactical diagnostic system from the macro level.2)Chinese Women Volleyball diagnostic system is artificial system,it has integrity,hierarchy,similarity and other systemic features,the structure comprising: a Technology application effect subsystem,collective tactics diagnostic subsystem,individual tactics diagnostic subsystem,skilled action diagnostics subsystems and diagnostic results output subsystem.In addition to the diagnostic result output subsystem,other four susbsystems include three parts: the index system,diagnostic methods and operating procedures.Five subsystems which have different functions and performance operate under certain rules and procedures,and constitute a organic whole,and avoide the disadvantages of "see the forest for the trees",making the diagnosis more accurate and reliable.3)In the technology application effect subsystem,by use of Composite score method to evaluate effect of technical appliation,the results can be more scientific and reasonable.In the collective tactics diagnostic subsystem,by use of the "volleyball location coordinates marking system" software to record coordinate of players' stations,spiking placement,comprehensive analysis of the spatial and temporal relations in the formation,the results can be more detailed and more effective.In individual tactics diagnostic subsystem,by use of the combination of quantitative method and qualitative method,to evaluate individual tactics from rationality,effectiveness and accuracy.In skill diagnostic subsystem,using combination of expert system method and small sample diagnostic method,making diagnosis more simple,fast and reliable.4)The empirical research shows,by use of Chinese Women Volleyball Technical and Tactical Diagnostic System,can find a range of issues in the performance of techniques and tactics,the diagnosis method is simple,effective,achieve requirements of rapid feedback;The diagnostic results are more detailed,reliable and strong Effectiveness,it is able to provide the reference for the Chinese women's volleyball team technical and tactical improvements.
