In the new era,the work of strengthening moral education and cultivating people in Chinese colleges and universities is facing new circumstances,new demands and new challenges.It is an urgent problem in ideological and political education to establish what kind of morality and establish what kind of people,which is also the fundamental task of Chinese colleges and universities.In December 2016,the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in universities,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "want to use a good classroom teaching the main channel,the ideological and political theory curriculum to strengthen in the improvement,other each lesson is to keep a canal,a kind of good responsibility farmland,make all kinds of curriculum with the direction of ideological and political theory curriculum,form synergies." This judgment of General Secretary Xi Jinping clarifies the requirements of the new era for ideological and political theory curriculum and other various curriculum,which adds new strength to the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities.Classroom is a university student to accept the main channel of knowledge education and values education,for a long time,it is generally believed that: the ideological and political theory curriculum(hereinafter referred to as "Ideological and Political" Curriculum)is carrying dual dimension of knowledge education and values education curriculum and other curriculum do not share the responsibility of values education,therefore,values education of university students' burden naturally fell on "Ideology and Politics Curriculum ".However,other kinds of curriculum in colleges and universities,all have the function of educating people,rich resources of ideological and political education,professional class teachers will these latent in the education teaching process of ideological and political education resources,make university students in knowledge of education at the same time,influenced by the values of edification and baptism,namely "curriculum load ideological and political education,ideological and political education lies in curriculum ",became the new era under the good medicine of advancing the actual effect of ideological and political education,must be a consistent place long stick to it.Therefore,it is of great significance to clarify the basic connotation of "Curriculum Ideological and Political" in Chinese colleges and universities,clear the necessity of "Curriculum Ideological and Political" construction in Chinese colleges and universities,excavate the theoretical basis of the "Curriculum Ideological and Political" construction in Chinese colleges and universities,explore the main content of "Curriculum Ideological and Political" construction in Chinese colleges and universities,analyze the current situation of "Curriculum Ideological and Political" construction in Chinese colleges and universities,find the tactics of "Curriculum Ideological and Political" construction in Chinese colleges and universities and clarify the trend of "Curriculum Ideological and Political" reform in Chinese colleges and universities.Therefore,based on the basic theory of " Curriculum Ideology and Politics " in Chinese colleges and universities,why Chinese colleges and universities proceed the construction of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics",the theoretical basis and main content of the construction,the achievements,difficulties and causes,principles,methods and paths,as well as the trend of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" reform as the logical context.It consists of eight chapters,with the specific contents is as follows:The first chapter is the part of introduction.This chapter grasps the "Curriculum Ideological and Political" construction of Chinese colleges and universities from the overall perspective,points out the dynamic environment of "Curriculum Ideological and Political" construction of Chinese colleges and universities from the research background,positioning the significance of research;From the domestic and foreign research status,it explains,compares,analyzes and summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the current "Curriculum Ideological and Political" construction in Chinese colleges and universities,aims at the key problems,and clearly discusses the context;The logical structure and method basis are extracted from the research ideas and methods to ensure that this paper is rational,well-grounded and logical.The second chapter is the part of "What is Curriculum Ideological and Politics in Chinese colleges and universities",which is the basic connotation of "Curriculum Ideological and Politics" in Chinese colleges and universities.This chapter focuses on the analysis of the concept,characteristics and requirements of "Curriculum Ideological and Political" in Chinese colleges and universities and its relationship with "Ideological and Political Curriculum".The concept is the starting point of the inquiry,from the meaning of curriculum to the meaning of "Curriculum Ideological and Politics " in Chinese colleges and universities,from universality to particularity,which lays a foundation for the exploration and analysis of subsequent issues.This paper interprets the characteristics of " Curriculum Ideological and Politics " in Chinese colleges and universities,clarifies the marxist theory foundation of this paper,and ensures the feasibility and necessity of the research.In view of this,this paper further discusses the requirements of "Curriculum Ideological and Political Curriculum" carrying out the fundamental task of strengthing moral education and cultivating people in colleges and universities,realizing knowledge impart and value guidance,and promoting the comprehensive and healthy development of college students in the new era.Therefore,it is of great significance to make a thorough analysis of the necessity of "Curriculum Ideological and Political" construction in Chinese colleges and universities.The fourth chapter is the part of the theoretical origin of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" in Chinese colleges and universities,that is,the theoretical foundation of the construction of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" in Chinese colleges and universities.The construction of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" in Chinese colleges and universities is guided by the basic position,viewpoint and method of Marxism.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the theory of all-round development of human being of Marxism and the exposition of the leaders of the Communist Party of China on the ideological and political education of young students for the construction of "Curriculum Ideological and Political" in Chinese colleges and universities.In addition,the related theories of pedagogy,psychology and other disciplines can also provide some guidance for the construction of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" in Chinese colleges and Ideological and Political" construction in Chinese colleges and universities.Based on the dilemma and reasons,this paper proposes a targeted tactics.In view of the difficulties and reasons existing in starts from three aspects: the principles,methods and paths of the construction of"Curriculum Ideology and Politics" in Chinese colleges and universities,advocates adhering to the principles of Party leadership,coordination and joint construction,and being close to reality,carries out unified planning and support,self-inspection and training,integration and linkage,requires the Party committee,the Publicity Department and the Academic Affairs Office to perform their respective duties,teachers of specialized curriculum to set up the value of "Morality First",and specialized curriculum to highlight the value orientation of science.The eighth chapter is the part of " the future prospect of Curriculum Ideological and Political reform in Chinese colleges and universities",that is,the trend of "Curriculum Ideological and Political" reform in Chinese colleges and universities.This chapter mainly discusses the trend of "Curriculum Ideological and Political" reform in Chinese colleges and universities from three dimensions: realizing the transformation from "Curriculum Education" to "Whole Curriculum Education",promoting the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and realizing the integration construction of "Ideological and Political Curriculum" and "Curriculum Ideological and Political".The transformation from the traditional "Ideological and Political Curriculum " to the "Curriculum Ideological and Political" in the new era is the transformation of the ideological and political education concept for college students,which is of great significance for forming the situation of "Whole Curriculum Education",promoting the innovation of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities,and realizing the integration construction.
