Resource allocation is a perennial theme of the development of preschool education and its theoretical deepening research.Since entering the new era,the changes of the main social contradictions in our country have put forward new and higher requirements for the allocation of preschool education resources."Quality coordination" is gradually becoming an unavoidable hot topic and long-term ideal goal in the allocation of preschool education resources in specific regional space.At the same time,with the transformation of basic education from quantity balance to quality balance in the new era,it has become an important subject for the development of preschool education to actively promote the popularization and universal benefit,balanced and fair,high-quality and coordinated development of regional preschool education.The coordinated development of regional preschool education refers to the optimal allocation of preschool education resources in combination with the conditions of regional economic and social development.The regional gap of preschool education should be gradually narrowed to make the regional gap of preschool education smaller than the regional economic and social gap,so as to realize the regional balanced allocation of preschool education resources.The level of preschool education should be regulated within the region,so that the level of preschool education in the region is higher than the level of economic and social development,so as to realize the goal of promoting regional economic and social development through preschool education.The special conditions of Yunnan Province,which integrates border areas,mountainous areas,ethnic groups and beauty,further highlight the multi-value of "coordination" in solving the problem of preschool education resource allocation,and point directly to the "crux of preschool education" in the main contradiction of regional society.Therefore,this study takes "the spatial coordination of preschool education resources allocation in Yunnan Province" as the starting point,focuses on its deep connotation,measures its actual situation,identifies its shortcomings,and puts forward its improvement strategies.Most of the existing studies are unilateral investigations of the distribution,presentation or configuration of the level of preschool education,and the development of preschool education has not been included in the comprehensive problems of regional economic and social development.Based on the theory of man-land regional system and the rules of internal and external relations of education,this study explores the regional level and regional differences of preschool education,as well as many internal and external factors that affect regional preschool education from the perspective of resources.In theory,the spatial "coordination" of preschool education resources is redefined as "inter-regional balance of preschool education resources" and "intra-regional coordination of preschool education and economic and social conditions".In the regional empirical study,the external conditions affecting the allocation of regional preschool education resources--personal demand degree,government support degree and national support degree are introduced,and the influence relationship of external conditions on regional preschool education resources is analyzed.Based on pre-school education resources space "coordination" the theory of cognition,study to determine the area of preschool education resource allocation basic thought and main approaches to the study of the spatial coordination,constructed the "level of pre-school education resources evaluation index set" and "preschool education development condition evaluation index set",and expand regional empirical research.Regional empirical study including situational analysis,trend analysis and decision analysis part 3: In situational analysis,research of 2010~2018 in Yunnan province and the country,Yunnan and other provinces and autonomous regions of preschool education resources development condition,development level has carried on the comparative analysis,has been clear about the preschool education resources in Yunnan province development condition and development level in a sequence of national states,preschool education of Yunnan education with the coupling coordination degree of regional social and economic development conditions,as well as preschool education’s contribution to the national development of preschool education in Yunnan;For each city in Yunnan province from 2010 to 2018 in preschool education resources development condition,development level has carried on the comparative analysis,made clear the city preschool education resources development condition and development level difference,the coupling coordination degree,and the contribution to the development of preschool education in Yunnan reveals that the configuration for the national preschool education resources in Yunnan regional differences influence trends and collection area before high school education resources at all levels on the synchronic "zero-sum game" and "Matthew effect" phenomenon.In the trend analysis,panel regression model and quantile regression model are used to test the correlation degree and influence trend of the driving factors of regional preschool education development.According to the test results,ARIAM model is used to predict the development trend of the coordination degree of preschool education resource allocation in Yunnan in the next six years.In the decision-making analysis,the author carries on the two main lines of connotation definition,analyzes the driving mechanism and the prediction results,and puts forward the operational measures for the coordinated development of preschool education resource allocation space in Yunnan Province from the dual perspective of "elements-region" integration and interaction.The research is expected to provide some theoretical reference for "realizing the high-quality and balanced development of preschool education in Yunnan Province,enhancing the overall strength of preschool education",and provide corresponding practical support for "carrying out the reform measures of preschool education in Yunnan Province and improving the efficiency of preschool education resource allocation".
