Xi Jin Ping’s View On Talents In The New Era

Xi Jinping pointed out: "Socialism with Chinese characteristics is a close combination of practice,theory and system,which not only promotes successful practice into theory,but also guides new practice with correct theory,and promotes the principles and policies that have achieved results in practice into the system of the party and the state in time." Whether in the revolutionary war,the socialist construction period or the new period of reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China always pays attention to the cultivation and use of talents,and always regards the construction of human resources as the major strategic core of the development of the party and the country.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,especially after China entered the historical position of a new era,Xi Jinping has profoundly expounded the talent problem in a series of important speeches,paying attention to talent growth,attaching importance to talent training,relying on talent development and optimizing talent environment,and gradually establishing and forming a theoretical and systematic talent theory system,namely Xi Jinping’s talent view in the new era,which provides basic compliance for the construction and practice of socialist talent system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Xi Jinping’s talent view in the new era not only has the basic attributes of general talent view,but also is the expression system of socialist talent theory and practice with Chinese characteristics,and contains the ideological attributes of socialist core values.Xi Jinping’s concept of talents in the new era is based on "why to train talents","what kind of talents to train","how to train talents" and "who to train talents";Taking Marxism and its talent theory with Chinese characteristics as the ideological basis,taking the essence of ancient Chinese traditional talent view as the historical inheritance,and taking foreign advanced human resources theory as a useful reference,it embodies the distinctive characteristics of combining history with the times,unifying theory with practice,integrating nation with the world,and being compatible with the overall situation and key points.It plays an important guiding role in guiding the coordinated development of education,science and technology,economy,culture,environment and other fields,and building a good situation in which everyone can become talented and develop their talents.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to systematically comb and deeply study Xi Jinping’s concept of talents in the new era for scientifically grasping the talent theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and profoundly implementing Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Guided by the basic principles and methodology of Marxism,and drawing lessons from the basic theories and methods of CPC’s history,pedagogy,philosophy,talent science and other disciplines,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on Xi Jinping’s talent view in the new era from the
