The regional secure communication technology based on cloud computing technology is a hyper-convergence technology of computer and communication,which solves the problem of assigning different communication authority according to identity in wireless communication.Among these items,"cloud computing technology" is a control method based on real-time data communication;"region" describes a precisely defined physical coverage;and "secure communication technology" is a controlled communication control technology in a specific area.Under the requirements of communication speed and convenience,the communication systems developed by predecessors often only solve the problems of efficiency,reliability and convenience of communication,and less consider the damage of the development of communication technology to the security institutions and the special needs of these institutions.In all kinds of communication protocol standards,there is no such signaling set for the development of communication equipment with special functions.At the same time,the current 2G-3G communication system in the network uses less computer-aided units for the sake of communication efficiency.Therefore,the author improves the 2G-3G communication system on the cloud based on the research and improvement of the efficiency of cloud computing algorithm,and then combines 4G and 5G communication protocol to study the principle of authentication and location of mobile terminal by communication system,and through the transformation of research results into experiments,This goal is achieved for a specific end-user group in a certain area,and mobile users outside the fixed area are not affected by the technical system.This paper takes the regional security communication as the research object,combined with the current emerging technologies of cloud computing and artificial intelligence,the specific work is as follows:1.A new method of heterogeneous data cross source scheduling in cloud environment is proposed.To address the time-consuming problem of scheduling the transmission of heterogeneous data across sources in cloud computing,many existing scheduling methods are implemented by heuristic algorithms,which usually cause load imbalance and low throughput and acceleration.Therefore,this paper proposes a cross-source scheduling method for heterogeneous data in a cloud environment,which carries out data prefetching before the actual scheduling,greatly reducing the computation amount during scheduling and thus the scheduling resource overhead.Then,all variables are updated,the quality of the heterogeneous data cross-source sub-stream to be scheduled is arranged,and it is regarded as the weight of the sub-stream data,the best quality sub-stream data among the heterogeneous multi-source sub-stream data is selected in the scheduling window each time for scheduling transmission,and the processing of all data sub-streams on paper is finished.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper is capable of cross-source scheduling of heterogeneous data in a cloud environment with high load balancing,throughput and acceleration ratios.2.An Improved Particle Swarm Resource Allocation Method in Cloud Environment is proposed.In the cloud computing,the resource allocation of the cloud platform not only faces the resource request of single node,but also faces the more complex resource request of multiple nodes.Especially for users who need to run parallel or distributed tasks,there are very strict delay and bandwidth requirements for the communication between nodes in the cloud cluster.Existing cloud platforms usually allocate the resources of virtual machines one by one,ignoring or difficult to guarantee the link resources between nodes,that is to say,there are multiple resource allocation problems in the cloud clusters.So this paper proposes a new cloud resource description method and improves the particle swarm cloud resource allocation method.Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively allocate cloud resources,improve the average income and resource utilization rate of cloud resources,and have shorter task execution time than traditional methods.3.A Dynamic Positioning Algorithm for Mobile Stations in Intelligent Regional Wireless Network is proposed.There are many influencing factors in wireless networks,and positioning errors are always unavoidable.In order to achieve better reliability and accuracy,a dynamic positioning algorithm for mobile stations is proposed for intelligent regional wireless networks.Construct a constrained weighted least squares algorithm based on the arrival delay difference,obtain the arrival delay difference information,and use the constraint weighted least squares algorithm to update multiple times according to the mobile station’s arrival delay difference and the angle of arrival data obtained by the mobile station corresponding to the serving base station Positioning estimation,combined with wavelet transform,architecture of arrival delay difference/arrival angle hybrid positioning algorithm,according to the data collection situation of arrival delay difference of intelligent regional wireless network environment,set the estimated mobile station’s approximate position to different types of positioning results,Realize the dynamic positioning of the mobile station through multiple estimates.Select different wireless network environments to carry out the dynamic positioning simulation of mobile stations,and verify the positioning effect of the algorithm from the angles of arrival delay measurement deviation,area radius,and distance between the mobile station and its serving base station.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has ideal interference suppression Ability,and high positioning accuracy.4.The regional security communication system based on cloud computing technology is constructed.The system includes software system and hardware system,the whole system is complete and has been verified by practice.Through the radio frequency communication architecture defined by SDR software,the communication super fusion between systems is realized.The communication between the unauthorized mobile phone and the unauthorized SIM card should be blocked,and the mobile phone and the SIM card should be authorized respectively.When the unauthorized mobile phone or the authorized mobile phone is inserted into the unauthorized SIM card to enter the supervision area,the communication between them should be completely blocked and located.The software system should control the illegal users,and all the illegal users’ phone calls,short messages and Internet access should be protected Being recorded and intercepted.The hardware system mainly designs the top module,clock module,CPU interface module,ALC module and DAC control module.At the same time,the improved convolution theorem algorithm is used to improve the signal fidelity.5.Research on artificial intelligence system.By establishing a regional secure communication system,the future regional security administrators also need to identify multiple incoming mobile station terminals to solve the problems of who is the terminal owner,whether there is a security threat,and what is their real identity,etc.Therefore,the author also produces a set of artificial intelligence system based on human bionics,and saves the system in the database through the storage structure,and automatically mounts the information detected by IMSI,IMEI,etc.to the regional office system,so as to realize the self-learning.When any illegal mobile station appears in the area,the threat index of the mobile stations can be identified,and the high-risk mobile stations can be located and captured.Finally,the above research work is verified through practical application and achieve good results,which meets the regional secure communication needs in specific fields and specific scenarios.
