| This paper mainly discusses the time,region and route of introducing Eurasian grape,alfalfa,pomegranate,sesame and cucumber into China and discusses the evolution of names and terms,cultivation and utilization of the above crops in the process of localization.The study points out that the introduction of economic crops has important historical significance in promoting the development of agricultural economy and enriching social and cultural connotation in ancient China.The first chapter briefly introduces the general situation of the study area,and briefly describes the historical development of the Silk Road in Xinjiang during the Han and Tang Dynasties,pointing out that it was the development of the silk road that laid the historical and cultural foundation for the introduction of economic crops into China.The second chapter mainly analyzes the region,time and path of the introduction of Eurasian grapes into China,and points out that the eastward movement of primitive agricultural people in the middle and late Bronze Age was an important driving force for the introduction of Eurasian grapes into China.In addition,this chapter also introduces the regional expansion and related varieties and products of Eurasian grape introduced into China in Han and Tang Dynasties.The third chapter mainly discusses the region and time of introducing alfalfa into China,pointing out that alfalfa was introduced into China as the forage of Da-wan.In addition,this chapter also points out that with the border reclamation and horse administration construction in Han and Tang Dynasties,alfalfa gradually completed its regional expansion in China.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the region and time of pomegranate introduction based on the evolution of pomegranate name.Through the analysis,we can see that the study of pomegranate name in Western phonetics is insufficient,and the change of pomegranate name should be explained in the ancient Chinese cultural system.The fifth chapter focuses on Sesame and cucumber,which were named "Hu" in Han and Tang Dynasties.First of all,using historical records and unearthed documents,it is clear that flax in the Han and Tang Dynasties is sesame;secondly,it uses Buddhist classics records to research the region and time of cucumber introduction,and preliminarily introduces the historical process of Cucumis melo changing its name to cucumber.The theme of the sixth chapter is mainly about the localization of economic crops.Firstly,this paper analyzes the driving force and historical and geographical conditions of the introduction of economic crops into China;secondly,it makes a preliminary analysis on the localization of economic crops from the two aspects of the name change and Cultivation Techniques of the crops involved.The seventh chapter mainly discusses the performance and significance of introducing economic crops in Han and Tang Dynasties.The scope of discussion covers three aspects:politics,economy and social culture of Han and Tang Dynasties.Through the analysis of these three aspects,the important historical significance of introducing economic crops for China’s social development is gradually clarified. |
