| The optimization of territorial space development is both the key task of establishing natural-space-human symbiosis system and an important way to solve the problems of resource shortage,environmental degradation,development disorder and low efficiency.However,as an important component of the national ecological civilization strategy,"the optimization of territorial space development" is like a double-edged sword,which can bring new vitality to the territorial space development and may also become a catalyst to the problem of resource shortage,environmental degradation,development disorder and low efficiency.Therefore,it requires further exploration in both theory and practice to investigate how to construct the theoretical logic and conceptual framework of the optimization of territorial space development based on the national major strategic requirements and how to innovate the optimization of territorial space development.The thesis which is based on literature review at home and abroad,comprehensively applies various methods,such as literature research,scenario analysis,spatial analysis,cluster analysis,coordination degree evaluation,market potential model,empirical research,etc.With the aim of combining rationalism with pragmatism in the research,exploratory research is carried out to explore the optimization of territorial space development's conceptual connotation,logical framework,operational framework,evaluation mode,macroscopic measurement mode,optimization layout mode,mode innovation based on the Culture Revival,operational organization's order parameter and other issues of the optimization of territorial space development.The main points,contents and results of this thesis are as followed:(1)Viewed from the perspective of “functional settlement area”,“activity structure” and “practice structure”,the conceptual connotation of the optimization of territorial space development can be represented by four aspects-construction,intension,application and layout.The theoretical logic of the optimization of territorial space development can be expressed as: relationship between man and land is the logical starting point,urban and rural development is the logical dimension,the four optimization items are the logical structure,life community is the logical deduction.The logical framework of the optimization of territorial space development is a multilevel pyramidal pattern that is constituted by background layer,base layer,core layer and target layer,involving 17 critical space issues.The core issue of this logical framework is to clarify 8 themes including the key issue,interests coordination and dynamic mechanism of the development pattern optimization.Rules of procedure of the optimization of territorial space development need to follow four-stage theory of systematic analysis-comprehensive evaluation-optimization design-implementation strategy.(2)Evaluation of territorial resources development is the foundation and evidence of the optimization of territorial space development.Traditional evaluation of territorial resources development started mainly from the methodology of rationalistic evaluation and lacked of the construction with the methodology of pragmatism,leading to limitation for its application to some extent.This research has constructed the evaluation mode of territorial resources development,which is the trinity of “potential evaluation-dominance evaluation-attractiveness evaluation”,aiming at providing a more practical evaluation tool for the optimization of territorial space development.The calcualation methed of territorial resources development potential based on Zipf rule can better revealed the spatial characteristics of land resources development pattern in Jiujiang City.(3)The result shows that the coupling degree of the whole city's economic-resources-environment system on present situation is stable in general,by establishing 27 evaluation indicators of three subsystems of economics,resources and environment,and by introducing the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate the coodination degree status of subsystem between economic,resources and environment in Jiujiang City.Analysis of the developmental trend by applying the analytical method of R/S,shows that H value of coupling degree and coordination degree are both close to the critical point of 0.5,and that there are some factors unfavorable for the sustainable development of Jiujiang City in the future.(4)This study is based on the market potential model to correct the traditional mode of territorial space development.The results show that the overall distribution of market potential in Jiujiang City is centered on the central city and decreasing from the inside to the outside.The market potential index of central city is equivalent to the sum of market potential index of each district and county.Simultaneously,there are sub-centers respectively appearing on the eastern and western lines,such as Duchang County and Xiushui County.According to the market potential index,district and counties of the whole Jiujiang City could be divided into five grades in general.Fully combined the market potential of each counties for the division of development and utilization of territorial space based on traditional geographical partitions,the city could be divided into four first-class areas and 10 secondary areas,such as the central industrial development area,the northern development area along the river,the eastern ecological protection area,the western mountain recreation area,etc.On the division of secondary area,we should take full account of the size of market potential on the impact of spatial pattern optimization.Combining development potential evaluation,dominance evaluation,attractiveness evaluation and market potential evaluation,we could provide a scientific basis that can better serve for the optinmization of territorial space development.(5)Methodology that landscape painting has showed can be used as a methodological guideline for the optimization of territorial space development,which can also preferably achieve the man-land integration and a “important regulatory rule to ensure continuity of the world".Genes of neo-Confucianism,religion,history and culture in Jiujiang City determine its basic positioning of the optimization of territorial space development;the rich history and culture determine the diversity of the optimization of territorial space development;major project of reviving regional culture has an important impact on the optimization of territorial space development.(6)Territorial space is a complex system,and the organization and implementation to optimize its development pattern need to break the thinking mode of simple world.There are three land utilization indexes: the structure of land utilization,the strength of land development and the layout of land utilization.These three indexes can be used as operational organization's order parameter of the optimization of territorial space development,which can break the “grandiose narration” of traditional optimization of territorial space development to a certain extent,and become operational and implementable regional management tools.According to fractal theory,it is possible to judge the order and sustainability of the territorial space development of Jiujiang by using the structure of land utilization as order parameter. |
