Due to the influence of extreme weather,epidemic situation,shopping festival and other factors,the supply chain system frequently faces the mutation of production,distribution and consumption.This kind of phenomenon is caused by the sudden change of production,distribution and consumption in a short time,and the experience time is very short compared with the whole system,which is called impulsive phenomenon.The impact of impulsive phenomenon on supply chain system may be positive or negative.On the one hand,the impulsive phenomenon will have a great impact on the enterprise's productivity,expected profit,inventory and sales,and destroy the stability of the supply chain system.On the other hand,managers often use impulsive tools such as policies and marketing strategies to control the supply chain system.Therefore,it is necessary to quantitatively analyze the impact of impulsive phenomenon on supply chain system.Through the analysis,it is found that the appropriate impulsive phenomenon can make the chaotic supply chain become stable,in addition,the inappropriate impulsive phenomenon can make the stable supply chain system become unstable.which has the opposite effect.Therefore,it is of great significance for the supply chain system management that how to effectively use the impulse to make the supply chain system achieve a stable state or synchronization.The existing literature has done a lot of research on the stability control and synchronization of supply chain system.However,most of the researches adopt continuous method to stabilize and synchronize,which is difficult to implement.Therefore,it is more practical to adopt discrete impulsive stability and synchronization strategy.In the aspect of model design,considering the combined effect,demand saturation,parameter uncertainty and input disturbance,the corresponding supply chain system are established.The stability and synchronization strategy is achieved by impulse,and the effectiveness of the strategy is verified by numerical experiments.This paper mainly studies the stability and synchronization strategies of supply chain system from the following three aspects:(1)The influence of impulsive phenomenon on supply chain system is analyzed quantitatively.The influence of different impulsive intensity and impulsive time interval on it is analyzed,and finds that:(1)when the impulsive time interval is fixed,the impulsive intensity is small,and the stable supply chain system can continue to be stable,but with the increase of impulsive intensity,the stable supply chain system will appear chaotic state.In addition,when the impulsive intensity is fixed,the impulsive time interval is too short,which will lead to the chaotic state become the stable supply chain system;(2)for the chaotic supply chain system,it is in an aperiodic oscillation state most of the time,but interestingly,when the impulsive intensity or impulsive time interval is in a specific interval,the supply chain system can be stabilized.(2)Impulsive stability strategy of supply chain system and its extension.Firstly,the impulsive stabilization strategy of the existing supply chain system is given;secondly,considering the combined effect and demand saturation,the supply chain systems considering combined effect,demand saturation,combined effect and demand saturation are established respectively,and the corresponding impulsive stabilization strategies are given;thirdly,considering the parameter uncertainty and input disturbance has great influence on the stable supply chain and chaotic supply chain.Based on the existing models,the supply chain system considering parameter uncertainty and input disturbance are established,and the corresponding impulsive stability strategies are given.Finally,the impulsive stability strategy of the supply chain system with more general structure is given.(3)Impulsive synchronization strategies of supply chain system.According to the supply chain system,the corresponding impulsive synchronization strategies are given,and the impulsive synchronization strategies are used to restore it to the expected state.Through the comparison of impulsive synchronization strategies,the following conclusions are obtained: the impulsive intensity is small,the time interval is small,if the impulsive intensity is stronger,the time interval can be increased;the impulsive synchronization domain of the supply chain system considering the demand saturation and combined effect is smaller,but its impulsive synchronization strategy is more robust.Under the background of high inventory,high price and high subsidy in the corn supply chain system,in order to restrain the impact of sudden increase in production on the corn supply chain system,we can use temporary storage purchase policy,batch ordering and promotion activities to control the production,distribution and consumption respectively.The specific countermeasures and suggestions are as follows: When the production,distribution and consumption to be controlled are determined,the regulation time interval can be directly calculated by the theorem,and the production,distribution and consumption can return to the expected state after several times of regulation.The regulation intensity can be adjusted according to the specific situation.If the regulation intensity becomes larger,the regulation time interval needs to be calculated again through the theorem.Generally speaking,the greater the regulation intensity is,the shorter the regulation time interval is,and the fewer times need to be regulated.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)In the aspect of model construction,this paper improves the deficiency of saturation function in existing literature,and establishes a new supply chain system considering demand saturation.At the same time,relevant studies have not considered the influence degree of combined effect and the combined influence of distribution and production on consumption.In view of this,this paper designs combined effect coefficient and establishes a supply chain system considering combined effect and demand saturation.Through the fitting of three groups of data of corn,wheat and rice of China,it is found that the system has higher goodness of fit.(2)In the aspect of stability strategy,the existing research mainly adopts the continuous method for stability control.In this paper,the impulsive method is used to realize the stability control of the supply chain system.This method has the following advantages:(1)the method is discrete and easy to realize;(2)it has strong robustness and is suitable for solving nonlinear problems;(3)it has fast response speed.Among them,theorem 5.8 gives the impulsive stability strategy of general supply chain system,which has a wider scope of application and is an improvement of the results in the existing literature.(3)In the aspect of synchronization strategy,this paper uses impulsive method to synchronize,and obtains the impulsive synchronization strategies of supply chain system by using Lyapunov stability theory and inequality technique.This method can effectively restore the supply chain system to the expected state.
