| Feline parvovirus disease,is also known as feline panleukopenia, feline infectious enteritis or feline distemper,is an acute and viral enteritis caused by feline parvovirus(FPV).It is one of the most harmful, fatal and infectious diseases in feline viral infectious diseases. The study found that the type of parvovirus that can infect cats is not only FPV,but also Canine Parvovirus(CPV)-2a,CPV-2b and other different types of canine parvovirus. In order to effectively control the occurrence and disease development in cats,it is of great significance to master the clinical symptoms, viral genetic characteristics and effective treatment of parvovirus in infected cats.1.First,virus isolation and genetic evolution analysis were performed on 18 feline parvovirus infection collected from 2017 to 2021.the VP2 gene was amplified and sequenced, and the sequence was analyzed with the VP2 gene reference sequence of 41 strains(FPV 35 strain,CPV 6 strain)in NCBI database, and the phylogenetic tree was constructed. The results showed that all 18 strains caused CPE lesions of F81 cell. The analysis of amino acid mutation showed that the FPV sequences in Dalian were highly conserved, and the main mutation points were concentrated in A91 S,N122S,V232 I,S297A,V336 A,S348P and V562 L.The phylogenetic tree showed that the 18 samples had obvious characteristics of Asian geographical origin. The FPV-DL04 strain had 99.4% homology with the CPV-2c CN/HN1708 strain, and both strains had A300 G key mutation sites, and the new mutation point is A5 G.The FPV DL04 strain verified by animal regression test that the strain can infect cats and make them pathogenic under natural conditions. It is proved that cpv-2c can infect cats under natural conditions. Therefore, the isolation protection and vaccination between domestic dogs and cats still need to be strengthened.2.This study systematically evaluated the efficacy of a mature western veterinary protocol for the treatment of feline parvovirus infection. The cases were scored and grouped according to FPV diagnosis, clinical symptoms and clinical detection, and 509 clinical cases with a score of 5-20 were selected.Subsequently,we evaluated the efficacy of a mature system of Western veterinary protocols for the treatment of feline parvovirus infection. After systematic treatment,466 cases were cured, and the cure rate was 91.6%;The death cases were mainly concentrated on the3rd-6th day of treatment. In cured group,229 cases of f SAA > 10 μg/m L on the fifth day.The mean value of WBC,Gran#,Lymph# and HCT in blood were gradually increased; The mean PLT and RBC were decreased first and then increased; On the fifth day, there were 284 cases with FPL ≥ 5.4 ng/m L.Blood biochemical indexes tended to normal range on day 1,5 and 10.FHV-1 and FCV were negative throughout the treatment. In death group(43 cases): FSAA > 10 μg/m L;The mean WBC,PLT,Gran#,RBC,Lymph# and HCT in blood routine were lower than the first day or three day of the cure group. The mean value of ALB,ALT and CK in blood biochemical indexes was significantly lower than that in the cured group, and significantly higher than that in the cured group.During the whole treatment, the positive rates of FHV-1and FCV were 48.8%.During the treatment of Western veterinary regimen, most indexes and status improved steadily,in which PLT and RBC of blood routine test decreased first and then increased.FPL recovered gradually after the peak of infection on the fifth day,and biochemical ALT and CK increased first and then decreased, but ALT was still higher than the reference range at discharge. It can be seen that although the cure rate of Western veterinary treatment scheme can reach 91.6%,it can’t completely repair the impact of virus on liver during treatment.3.This paper also conducted a comparative study of Western veterinary treatment and integrated Chinese and Western veterinary treatment.According to the clinical symptoms and treatment experience, the Chinese veterinary drug treatment method for symptomatic symptoms is summarized and designed, combined with Western veterinary treatment for FPV system treatment. The effect of this method(group B)was compared with that of simple Western veterinary treatment(group A).The results showed that the cure rate was 90% in group A and 100% in group B.The clinical symptom score at discharge showed that group B scored 1.1(1-4 points)and group a scored 5.0(5-20 points). The positive rate of FSAA was the most obvious on the fifth day,20% in group A and 0% in group B.The results of blood routine examination showed that WBC,lymph,Gran and PLT showed that the difference between group B and group A was less significant, and the change of value in group B was stable as a whole. The results of FPL showed that the positive rate of FPL in group A(60%)was higher than that in group B(20%)on the 5th day,and the proportion of suspected FPL in group A(11.1%)was higher than that in group B(0%).Biochemical results showed that Amy,ALT and ALP in group A was higher than group B.On the 10 th day, only ALT in group A was higher than the reference range, and the indexes in group B were normal. In conclusion, the treatment of cat parvovirus with integrated traditional Chinese and Western veterinary medicine has a good effect in the whole course of the disease, especially in the middle and late stage.Chinese veterinary drugs complement Western veterinary treatment in functional regulation and disease resistance of sick cats, and the cure rate is better than that of Western veterinary group. In summary, this thesis successfully characterized 18 FPV,one is CPV-2c from cat,and the results show that there are various types of feline parvovirus infection, the clinical symptoms are mainly fever, vomiting, diarrhea, depression and loss of appetite. The symptomatic treatment of Western veterinarians has a good effect in the early stage. The combination of Chinese veterinary medicine and Western veterinarian treatment mainly focuses on clearing heat and detoxification, which provides a basis for the effective treatment of feline parvovirus disease in clinic. |
