The Xiaoshan-Xiongershan ore concentration area is located in the south margin of North China Craton and in the famous belt of East Qinling nonferrous and precious metal metallogenic.It’s one of the main gold polymetallic ore bases in Henan Province.With the help of big data technology,this thesis conducts automatic processing of geological data,intelligent information extraction and analysis of metallogenic laws in the study area,establishes a target area selection model based on textual knowledge extraction and association,and carries out classification and evaluation of prospect areas,which is of great importance for further ore prospecting and exploration.The main works and innovations of this thesis are as follows.1.Based on collecting and analyzing a large number of documents,this thesis analyzes the geology and gold polymetallic mineralization and prospecting,geological Big Data and application in geological prospecting in the Xiaoshan-Xiongershan area.A technical method system for ore prospecting and exploration target selection based on the segmentation,classification,association,and text metallogenic information representation of geological data texts is constructed.2.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the forms and characteristics of geological data in the Xiaoshan-Xiongershan area,an automatic processing technology system of "processing rules-normative description-automatic parsing" for geological data is creatively proposed.The computer identifiable and parsable forms and contents of geological data and its implicit information from forms,documents,pictures,and other forms of geological data is analyzed.A formalized description language for geological data processing rules based on prior knowledge is designed.The structured storage mode and storage structure of the formalized description rules of geological Big Data processing,and the intelligent analysis mechanism of geological data processing and knowledge extraction rules based on this,are established.3.Breaking through the technical bottleneck that is difficult to automate in geological data processing,for geological data processing processes such as geological data file directory relationship,document normalization and structure reconstruction,geological named entity and metallogenic information feature extraction,etc.,it has determined perfect and parsable geological data processing rules,and developed a series of automatic implementation algorithms for rules parsing.A Hadoop-based Big Data platform for geological data has been constructed,which realizes the intelligent extraction of implicit information of geological data,and the intelligent association between geological maps and geological information in geological reports.The characteristics and the characteristics of typical ore deposits are analyzed from the perspectives of diagenesis and metallogenic age,ore-controlling factors,and source of ore-forming materials,and the coupling factors of gold polymetallic deposits in the study area are extracted.4.Breaking through the existing text topic representation methods,assigning different weights to geological proper nouns,common terms,common terms,etc.in geological data at different levels of titles,charts and other structural positions,and inventing comprehensive weight calculation method that takes into account the classification of terms and structural position characteristics,an intelligent extraction technology system of metallogenic information from geological text is constructed.Based on the reconstruction and analysis of the geological document structure,the comprehensive weight of the document terms is calculated in combination with the multiple weights of terms,and then the method system of mark sorting,prospect division and evaluation is constructed based on the weighted term frequency calculation.5.Based on the computer automation and intelligent processing methods in the Big Data environment,through the extraction,statistics and reasoning of the rich geological and metallogenic knowledge contained in the multi-source heterogeneous geological data,the optimal model for the prospecting target area in the study area was established.Based on the features extracted by textual knowledge extraction and association analysis,ore-control laws and metallogenic models,a regional comprehensive prospecting model was established,and target area prediction and evaluation were carried out,and 8 metallogenic prospective areas and 5 key prospecting target areas were submitted.
