People have a growing demand for the management of chronic diseases and the acquisition of personal health baseline,followed by the vigorous development of flexible sensors for daily wear.In this paper,the textile substrate flexible sensor was prepared by combining gold nanomaterials with different structures: gold nanorods(Au NRs)and gold nanowires(Au NWs)and textile materials for the detection of human health indicators.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)A flexible integrated sensor patch for "biomarker movement state" joint detection is designed and prepared,which can realize convenient detection of a variety of health parameters.The overall structure of the flexible integrated sensor patch is constructed,including the layered structure of the patch(optical sweat sensing layer and electrical piezoresistive sensing layer).The analytical performance of the optical sweat sensing layer based on thread/ cotton fabric for sweat target markers was explored,and the comparative color analysis method was studied;The properties of the electrical piezoresistive sensing layer(Au NWs/ nylon pleated fabric)of the sensing patch are discussed,and its corresponding piezoresistive sensing principle is analyzed.By monitoring the vital signs of volunteers during exercise and analyzing the sweat components,the good practical effect of the integrated sensor patch is verified,and the comprehensive evaluation of human health parameters is realized.(2)Au NWs/ fabric flexible integrated sensing band was designed and prepared to improve the wearability of flexible sensing devices.The optical perspiration sensing module was prepared by using thread embroidered fabric.The sensing and measuring properties of p H,chloride ion concentration and perspiration loss of human perspiration were evaluated by colorimetric analysis.The working principle and structural design of the electrical piezoresistive sensing component are discussed.The Au NWs impregnated cotton knitted fabric is used as the sensing element to give the sensing band excellent piezoresistive sensing performance.The sensor band is applied to the monitoring of vital signs and the analysis of sweat components during human movement,realizing the monitoring of human pulse,respiration,vocal cords and glucose,p H,chloride ions in sweat and sweat loss.Flexible integrated sensor band can meet the needs of people to understand their own health parameters in daily life.(3)The flexible sensing clothing modified by Au NRs and Au NWs was designed and prepared,which further improved the detection accuracy of the sensor.A thread embroidery fabric microfluidic platform was constructed to realize the transmission of human sweat.Combined with Surface-Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy(SERS)and colorimetric analysis,more accurate information of sweat biomarkers was obtained,and the working mechanism of analyzing sweat markers by SERS detection method was analyzed.An electrical piezoresistive sensor module was prepared,in which the nylon fabric treated by screen printing silver paste was used as the fabric-electrode and the Au NWs impregnated cotton fabric was used as the sensing element.Through the monitoring of vital signs in the process of human movement and the analysis of sweat components,this paper explores the performance of sensing clothing in the testing of human heartbeat,pulse,respiration and glucose,lactic acid,p H and chloride ions in sweat,which proves that its practical application has good accuracy and reliability,and can meet people’s in-depth understanding of physiological and health status. |
