| Urban architectural heritage is an important cultural characteristic resource in the high-quality development of the city.It is an important symbol to inherit historical and cultural information and shape the cultural characteristics of the city.Its protection and utilization have become an important topic in the United Nations 2030 agenda for sustainable development.With the continuous development of the concept of cultural relics protection,the research which focuses on urban architectural heritage is not limited to the architectural noumenon,but pays more attention to the systematic relationship between architectural heritage and surrounding space environment,economic policy guidance and public resources,to highlight the overall value of architectural heritage in complex urban system.Existing studies have theoretically analyzed the interaction between architectural heritage and urban system,but how to quantitatively analyze its correlation has become the bottleneck of current research.At the same time,urban architectural heritage involves many factors such as material space,economic policy and human behavior consciousness feedback.It has complex characteristics such as dynamics and uncertainty,which is difficult to interpret with the traditional linear scientific paradigm.In view of the above problems,taking Harbin Architectural Heritage as the research object,introducing the thinking mode of complexity science,according to the theory of complex adaptive system,the urban architectural heritage is regarded as a complex system formed by the interaction of multiple adaptive subjects,and the adaptability of Harbin Architectural Heritage to urban spatial environment,functional facilities,economic orientation and people’s emotional cognition is quantitatively measured through adaptability evaluation,This paper puts forward the protection and utilization mode and strategy of architectural heritage in Harbin to improve the adaptability,in order to provide a theoretical and empirical basis for the improvement of spatial quality,cultural gene protection and inheritance in Harbin.The main research contents of this paper include theoretical guidance,investigation on the current situation of protection and utilization of architectural heritage in Harbin,evaluation and mechanism analysis of adaptability of architectural heritage,and Research on the protection and utilization mode and strategy of improving adaptability of architectural heritage in Harbin.The theory guides the introduction of complex adaptive system,systematically explains the complex characteristics of urban architectural heritage,and theoretically analyzes the composition of complex system of urban architectural heritage and its adaptive mechanism.In order to quantitatively evaluate the adaptability of urban architectural heritage,combined with the mature evaluation paradigm of architectural heritage value evaluation and adaptive reuse evaluation in the existing research,a theoretical model of adaptive evaluation of urban architectural heritage is established.Furthermore,it introduces the important self-organization theory of complexity theory,deeply analyzes the potential of adaptive protection and utilization of urban architectural heritage,systematically expounds the adaptive protection and utilization countermeasures and subject guidance methods of typical architectural heritage at home and abroad,and provides a theoretical and methodological basis for adaptive protection and utilization of architectural heritage in Harbin.In the investigation on the current situation of protection and utilization of architectural heritage in Harbin,32 typical architectural heritages were selected in Harbin according to the sample size calculation formula and screening criteria.Through field investigation,questionnaire survey and interview,the current situation of preservation of architectural heritage,the surrounding environment and the needs and satisfaction of the main body of architectural heritage were investigated in depth,and the main body of architectural heritage in Harbin was summarized The existing problems in the protection and utilization of architectural heritage are deeply analyzed from the aspects of surrounding environment and relevant stakeholders.In order to interpret the influence mechanism of architectural heritage adaptability in Harbin,introduce the research paradigm of complex adaptive system,construct the complex system of architectural heritage in Harbin,explore the influencing factors of urban architectural heritage adaptability from the three aspects of architectural noumenon,spatial environment and main body,and put forward the evaluation method of architectural Heritage adaptability in Harbin integrating architectural heritage value evaluation,The adaptability of 32 typical architectural heritages is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Further,in order to reveal the adaptability mechanism of architectural heritage in Harbin,the structural equation model is used to analyze the influence path and effect of urban architectural heritage adaptability,and determine the main factors affecting adaptability.In order to improve the adaptability of architectural heritage in Harbin,based on the results of adaptability evaluation and mechanism analysis,the architectural heritage is divided into three types: protection and repair type,protection and opening type and activation and utilization type by using cluster analysis method.Combined with the functional relationship between direct interest subjects and indirect influence subjects,the adaptive protection and utilization mode of urban architectural heritage is proposed.Further,the adaptive regulation mode of "Basic Protection Strategy + Main Factor Adaptive Regulation Strategy" is put forward,and the adaptive protection and utilization strategy of architectural heritage in Harbin is put forward by classification,so as to provide theoretical and empirical basis for the protection and utilization of architectural heritage in the high-quality development of the city. |
