Research On The Independent Innovation Path Of Technology Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

In the era of cooperation and competition,innovation is the inexhaustible source of national development,but also the foundation of China’s modern economic system construction.Equipment manufacturing industry is the core of industrial development,shoulder the important task of driving the development of related industries,is an important carrier of science and technology into real productive forces.In the face of the rapid development of science and technology and the shortening of product life cycle,equipment manufacturing enterprises rely on the introduction of new technology to participate in the market competition will seriously restrict their development speed,which requires unswervingly take the development road of independent technology innovation.At present,China’s equipment manufacturing industry still has an obvious gap in independent innovation ability,key technology mastery and other aspects,and there are still problems such as overcapacity,low product quality and high external dependence.Although the current research on technology independent innovation has been widely paid attention to,the path of technology independent innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises is still lack of in-depth discussion,and the path of technology independent innovation is still not clear.In view of this,this paper integrates the iceberg theory and co-performance strategy theory,follows the steps of influencing factors analysis,path construction,path selection,operation mechanism,empirical test and so on to study the technology independent innovation path of equipment manufacturing enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the technology independent innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the thesis summarizes the basic theory and constructs the research framework.By combing and summary of research results at home and abroad,the equipment manufacturing enterprises,technical innovation and equipment manufacturing industry enterprise technology innovation path defining the core concepts in turn and description,and based on the iceberg theory and strategic theory expounded,to build the equipment manufacturing industry enterprise technology innovation research framework of the path.Secondly,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of equipment manufacturing enterprises’ technological independent innovation.Based on the dominant and recessive factors of the iceberg theory,the iceberg theory model of equipment manufacturing enterprises’ technology independent innovation is constructed,and the alternative influencing factors of equipment manufacturing enterprises’ technology independent innovation are selected.ISM method is used to identify the alternative factors and screen out the key influencing factors to lay a foundation for the subsequent path construction.Thirdly,the paper constructs the technology independent innovation path of equipment manufacturing enterprises.The principles,methods and ideas of path construction were clarified through path design analysis,and the configuration analysis framework was determined with the help of co-performance strategy theory.Data were collected through questionnaire survey,and after reliability and validity test,the configuration analysis was conducted based on fs QCA method to clarify the path type.The path type and innovation mode are combined to construct the technology independent innovation path of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Fourthly,the paper analyzes the choice and operation of technology independent innovation path of equipment manufacturing enterprises.On the basis of the clear selection and operation ideas of the technology independent innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises,the path selection is carried out according to the characteristics of technology independent innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises in different life cycle stages,and the path suitable for the current development stage of equipment manufacturing enterprises is selected from the numerous paths that have been constructed.The operating mechanism is analyzed from two aspects: factor mechanism and mode operation step.The in-depth analysis of path operation and choice is helpful to provide tested.Selecting TR Company as the case study object,the path analysis of TR Company is carried out from two aspects of life cycle stage determination and technology independent innovation path determination,so as to facilitate the subsequent verification of the selection and operation of TR company’s technology independent innovation path.The effectiveness of path analysis is verified by case analysis.Sixth,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the technology independent innovation of equipment manufacturing enterprises.This paper reviews the construction,selection and operation process of technology independent innovation path of equipment manufacturing enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote technology independent innovation from government level,industry level and enterprise level,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of technology independent innovation path of equipment manufacturing
