The development of wind power is the most rapid development renewable energy,which plays an important role in clean power supply and energy transformation.At the same time,wind power is also a kind of generation type with the most comprehensive and early scale development renewable energy power generation technology,which provides more possibilities for economy and society sustainable development.The comprehensive promotion and application of wind power is of great significance for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and alleviating global climate change.Its large-scale access to power grid can bring huge environmental benefits,but meanwhile,it will also inevitably bring adverse effects on grid’s safe and reliable operation of and high-quality power output,which also limits the wind power consumption level of grid to a certain extent.Comprehensive evaluation of wind power accommodation is of far-reaching significance to grid operation and wind power development.This paper focuses on this issue and its related dispatching control and trading mechanisms.Firstly,a multi-scale comprehensive evaluation index system of wind power accommodation is designed from the macro and micro perspectives,and a qualitative comprehensive evaluation model of wind power absorptive capacity is designed based on improved radar chart method.In order to effectively enhance system’s ability to absorb wind power,a multi temporal and spatial scale wind power accommodation evaluation model considering the utilization level of inter-provincial interconnection lines and a multi provincial and regional multi-channel complex network optimization clearing model have been established.Two multi temporal and spatial scale market trading mechanisms have been innovatively designed.The main contents are as follows:(1)The issue of wind power consumption capacity from three dimensions:time,space,and technology,is studied.Based on the establishment of a multi-scale comprehensive evaluation system for wind power consumption capacity,it explores the establishment of a comprehensive evaluation index system for wind power consumption capacity that considers both macro and micro indicators.In addition to commonly used evaluation indexes such as forecast deviation,simultaneous rate and peak-shaving rate,new evaluation indexes such as installed capacity,power supply adequacy and accommodation space are designed and introduced.Modified Bayesian weight method is used to solve the weights of 8 wind power accommodation capacity indexes.It builds a comprehensive evaluation model of wind power accommodation capacity based on improved radar chart method.The model improves traditional radar chart sector area evaluation to quadrilateral area evaluation,and adds angular bisector to solve the problem that evaluation results are not unique,and constructs a new radar chart area.The circumference vector makes evaluation result take into account comprehensive level and equilibrium degree of evaluation object.Finally,practical application value of the model is verified by an example analysis.(2)The main problems of China’s renewable energy accommodation are analyzed from three aspects,including power supply,power grid and power load.The influence of inter-provincial tie-line utilization level of on renewable energy accommodation capacity is emphatically expounded.Based on time-series production simulation model,a time-series production simulation model considering inter-provincial tie-line utilization level is proposed.The model evaluates renewable energy accommodation capacity of China’s "three north" region in 2020.According to different system stability constraints and power constraints of inter-provincial tie-line,4 different research schemes are designed for comparison,and the calculation results of 4 schemes also prove that the model is effective.Relevant ideas have been applied to inter-provincial tie-line dispatching.(3)For inter-provincial complex network transactions of renewable energy centralized consumption,this chapter studies and designs transaction scenarios considering different transaction paths and different clearing methods,studies and proposes different pricing mechanisms and their optimized clearing models.It analyzes the benefit impact of different pricing mechanisms on the purchase and sale market entities in combination with different transaction scenarios.Based on the transaction path search,scheduling path and its distribution factors,inter-provincial complex network transaction optimization clearing model considering the centralized consumption of renewable energy is proposed,and multi-scenario design is also carried out.The example analysis shows that it can effectively find mid and long-term market price signals between provinces,further improve the utilization rate of ultra-high voltage channels,promote renewable energy consumption,and achieve long-term,large-scale resource optimal allocation.(4)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of multiple market entities and optimization model of source-network-load-storage participating in renewable energy consumption,demand characteristics of renewable energy,power load and energy storage is analyzed.Based on the difference of power generation and consumption characteristics between provincial global power grid and local power grid,a kind of source-load interaction trading mechanism is proposed to meet the demand of renewable energy consumption.A source-load interactive transaction clearing model under the flexible quotation mode is established.The example analysis shows that the model can achieve high transaction rate and low scrap rate at both supply side and demand side.It can not only meet the power demand of users,but also ensure the interests of different power generation entities,which verifies the effectiveness of proposed model and provides a new model for promoting the consumption of new energy.(5)Combined with the current situation of priority generation and priority purchase of electricity in China,this paper analyzes the problems existing in current market trading mechanism in detail,and designs a multi temporal and spatial scale electricity spot market model and trading mechanism considering renewable consumption.This mechanism carries out market trading according to the order:firstly arranging priority plan,then organizing medium and long-term market trading,and then organizing future incremental spot trading.The operation process of this mechanism,such as priority planning,medium and long-term,spot stage,auxiliary service and balance stage,is defined respectively.The example shows that this method has the advantages of relative decoupling between plan and market,clear responsibility for balance of both sides of power generation and consumption,simple mode,good compatibility,strong scalability,and is conducive to properly solving cross subsidies.It could provide reference for improving the renewable energy consumption capacity and improving the current market trading mechanism.
