Modern products tend to be networked and intelligent,and their essence can be abstracted into the cyber-physical system(CPS).The multi-scale fusion of cyber and physical subsystems in CPS products,the close interactions between them,and the dynamic open structure formed by them make it difficult for existing design representation and organization methods to realize CPS product innovation.The system design stage is the core of product innovation.The system design of CPS products should be represented with formal models and be verified to guarantee their correctness.Existing modeling methods cannot uniformly represent the system design of CPS products.Heterogeneous models are easy to lead to inconsistent design and are difficult to verify.Meanwhile,the system design of CPS products needs to organize multi-field and large-scale design resources in a manner similar to crowdsourcing and provide information for design process organization through design evaluation.Existing crowdsourcing frameworks cannot cope with the complexity of resource and process organization in the system design of CPS products,and evaluating the design with existing methods is difficult to implemented.Aiming at the above problems,this paper combines the model-based system design method and crowdsourcing design framework to propose a system design method for CPS products based on the dynamical relational model.The design representation,design verification,and design evaluation methods are studied to construct a crowdsourcing framework for the system design of CPS products,so as to help enterprises improve their capabilities of CPS product innovation.The main research contents in this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem that existing modeling methods cannot uniformly represent the system design of CPS products,and heterogeneous models can easily lead to inconsistencies in design,this paper formally defines a dynamical relational system by abstracting the continuous-discrete hybrid behavior and dynamic open structure of CPS products.Through the parametrization of the dynamical relational system,a dynamical relational model is proposed to realize the unified representation of system design of CPS products,which lays a foundation for CPS product system design.(2)Focusing on the problem that model verification in CPS product system design is difficult,and design defects need to be found and improved as soon as possible,this paper proposes a hierarchical structural analysis method by analyzing the relationship between the structural singularities of the dynamical relational model and its components.The hierarchical structural analysis method reduces the calculation scale of each verification by verifying the model layer by layer,improves the speed of design verification,and realizes a fast verification of complex models in CPS product system design,providing a guarantee for the correctness of the design.(3)Aiming at the problem that the large-scale multi-field models in CPS product system design are difficult to be manually evaluated,and automatic evaluation lacks unified criteria,this paper analyzes the evolution characteristics of the dynamical relational model in the system design process and defines the indicators and methods of design evaluation from three dimensions: workload prediction,design progress evaluation,and outcome evaluation.The proposed method realizes the multi-stage automatic evaluation of CPS product system design and provides a basis for the organization of the complex design process.(4)Aiming at the problem that the CPS product system design involves large-scale multi-field resources and closely coupled design processes and the existing crowdsourcing framework cannot cope with the complexity,this paper analyzes the activities in the CPS product system design based on the dynamical relational model,combines the unified design representation,fast design verification,and automatic design evaluation methods,and constructs a crowdsourcing framework for the system design of CPS products.The proposed crowdsourcing framework provides a reference for the development and application of design tools,thereby helping enterprises improve their capabilities of CPS product innovation.
