Research On The Path And Stability Mechanism Of Small Farmers Integrating Into The Ecological Agriculture Industry Chain In Jiangxi Province

The connection between small farmers and the ecological agriculture industry chain is an important way to promote the organic connection between small farmers and the development of modern agriculture,an important way to promote the development of ecological agriculture and agricultural industrialization,and an important guidance of national policies.In 2018,the "No.1 document" of the central government stressed: "support small farmers to develop ecological agriculture".In 2019,the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued the Opinions on Promoting the Organic connection between Small Farmers and the Development of Modern Agriculture,which once again proposed: " Implement the plan for small farmers to develop organic agriculture." In 2022,the central government " No.1 document " further proposed: " to promote the green development of agriculture and rural areas." Promoting the connection between small farmers and the ecological agriculture industry chain is of great significance to enhancing the development ability of small farmers,promoting the development of ecological agriculture and promoting agricultural industrialization.However,the existing research has not yet conducted in-depth discussion on the connection between small farmers and the ecological agriculture industry chain,and rarely conducted quantitative analysis of this problem,which is not conducive to the development of small farmers and the ecological agriculture industry chain practice,and will affect the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,based on the existing research results,the integration of small farmers into the ecological agriculture industry chain is systematically studied according to the logic of "research basis","path analysis","mechanism discussion" and "countermeasure discussion"."Research basis" part for the study of the first three chapters,mainly small farmers into the theoretical basis of ecological agriculture industry chain and its realistic background detailed combing for research to provide solid theoretical and practical support,and then small farmers in Jiangxi province into ecological agriculture industry chain actual visit research,provide specific data support for research,this part is the important cornerstone of the core research."Path Analysis" is the chapter 4 and 5 of the study,based on theoretical and practical support and micro data support,on the basis of the research on the willingness of small farmers into the ecological agriculture industry chain."Mechanism discussion" part for the study of the sixth chapter and chapter 7,after clear the specific path,also need to promote the stable development of small farmers and ecological agriculture industry chain core main body cooperative relationship,so the chapter combined with evolutionary game theory to build small farmers and ecological agriculture industry chain core cooperative relationship stability model to analyze small farmers into ecological agriculture industry chain stability,and small farmers into ecological agriculture industry chain stability factors,combining the actual simulation in Jiangxi province,and then put forward small farmers into the ecological agriculture industry chain stable development mechanism."Countermeasures discussion" part for the study of the eighth chapter,the chapter combined with the previous research on how to promote small farmers into ecological agriculture industry chain countermeasure analysis,combined with the above research results are three types of small farmers into ecological agriculture industry chain path optimization countermeasures are discussed,and the small farmers into the ecological agriculture industry chain of all kinds of security measures.Relative to existing research,the innovation of this research is mainly reflected in: first,in terms of research content,existing research less small farmers into ecological agriculture industry chain,this study from farmers into ecological agriculture industry chain to promote small farmers and modern agriculture development organic cohesion this Angle of research,to promote farmers income and promote agricultural modernization and protect the agricultural ecological environment,help rural revitalization.Second,in terms of research methods,most of the existing organic connection research between small farmers and modern agricultural development adopts theoretical analysis methods and lack quantitative analysis support.In this study promotes the combination of theoretical analysis and quantitative analysis on the basis of theoretical discussion.Third,in terms of research areas,the existing organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture development is mostly a macro discussion of the problems at the national level,ignoring the particularity of the development of small farmers in different regions and the existence of local agriculture.This study focuses on Jiangxi Province,a large agricultural province with many small farmers and the rapid development of ecological agriculture,and goes deep into the front line.The main conclusions obtained from the above series of studies are:(1)It is necessary for small farmers to integrate into the ecological agriculture industry chain,and the integration of small farmers into the ecological agriculture industry chain is a necessary activity determined by the development reality of small farmers and ecological agriculture development.(2)Small farmers are highly willing to integrate into the ecological agriculture industry chain,but there are still some problems.Variables such as their age,education level,planting area of ecological agricultural products,cooperation experience with e-commerce platforms,and help obtained from cooperation with the industrial chain have a significant impact on the willingness of small farmers to integrate into the ecological agriculture industry chain.(3)"Small farmers + ecological agriculture leading enterprises","small farmers + ecological agriculture cooperatives" and "small farmers + network ecommerce platform" are the main paths for small farmers to integrate into the ecological agriculture industry chain.Each path has its own advantages,among which "small farmers +ecological agriculture leading enterprises" is the most preferred path for small farmers;the ecological agriculture industry chain,and the age of small farmers and the ecological agricultural planting area have a positive influence on the integration effect,which restricts the integration effect to some extent.(4)The stability of small farmers integrating into the ecological agriculture industry chain is subject by the government participation model and the proportion coefficient of the government non-participation model,The influence of the government subsidy to the subject,the cost of the government participation mode,the transaction cost of agricultural products between the small farmers and the core subjects of the ecological agricultural industry chain,the liquidated damages,the external procurement cost of the core subjects of the ecological agricultural industry chain,and the external small farmers’ sales income and other factors,It is necessary to build a stable development mechanism to promote the stable connection between small farmers and the ecological agriculture industry chain,Stable development mechanism includes benefit realization mechanism,cost control mechanism,default penalty mechanism,long-term operation mechanism,Among them,the long-term operation mechanism needs to be realized through the improvement of information sharing mechanism,subject trust mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism.(5)The path optimization countermeasures of "small farmers + ecological agricultural cooperatives" include strengthening the informal communication channels to enhance the coordination of the cooperative connection process,giving full play to the role of local talents and talents to enhance the cohesion of the cooperative connection process,and promoting the systematization of the interest distribution of cooperatives to improve the fairness of the connection process.The path optimization countermeasures of "small farmers + leading ecological agriculture leading enterprises" include embedding modern information technology to strengthen the process dominance of leading enterprises,building a trust community to enhance the centripetal force of leading enterprises,and promoting the diversification of interest connection to improve the satisfaction of the process process of leading enterprises.Path optimization countermeasures of "small farmers + network e-commerce platform" include enriching the platform data to promote the convenience of the network platform connection process,improving the platform information audit mechanism to promote the high-quality connection process,and strengthening the supervision of the platform capital flow to promote the harmony of the connection process.
