| PurposeThis study aims to establish the norm of the Health-related Physical Fitness Measurement Scale Version 1.0(HRPFMS V1.0)for the elderly population living in the urban areas in China through a large-scale epidemiological survey,to analyse their status,influencing factors and mediating effect of health-related physical fitness level of Chinese urban elderly,and to construct the health-related physical fitness promotion model,providing feasible theoretical guidance and evaluation tool for health-related physical fitness management.Content1.Evaluation the reliability of HRPFMS large-scale of epidemiological survey was conducted in Guangdong province,Tianjin City,Sichuan province,Anhui Province and Gansu Province by stratified sampling.2.SAS,SPSS and AMOS were used for statistical analysis.Multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors.Structural equation model was used to analyze the mediating effect,with test level α=0.05 and two-side test.3.Based on the empowerment theory and the "service chain" theory,the healthrelated physical fitness promotion model was explored,and a parallel controlled trial was carried out to test the promotion model.The initial intervention period was 2 months.ResultsDuring Dec 2019 and Dec 2020,5038 valid questionnaires were collected out of 6000 released with the respond rate of 83.97%.The average age was 71.65±7.83 year.There were 2375 males(47.14%)and 2663 females(52.86%).During Sep 1,2021 and Oct 31,2021,60 people were recruited in Guangzhou and separated into promotion group and control group with 30 people each.Among them,3 people in the control group were shed,with a dropout rate of 5.00%.1.Reliability and validity of HRPFMS V1.0The internal consistency reliability is 0.86(α=0.86),and the half-fold reliability is 0.82.The fitting indexes of the confirmatory factor analysis model were CMIN/DF=4.53,RMSEA=0.03,GFI=0.99,AGFI=0.98,IFI=0.99,CFI=0.99.2.Norm of HRPFMS V1.0Based on age and gender,the mean norm(mean±standard deviation),percentile norm(5%spacing)and delimited norm([0,x-s]was a very low health-related physical fitness level,(x-s,x-0.5s]was a low health-related physical fitness level,(x0.5S,x+0.5S]was a general health-related physical fitness level,(x+0.5s,x+s]was a high health-related physical fitness level,(x+s,100]was a very high health-related physical fitness level)were established.3.Current situation of health-related physical fitness of the Chinese urban elderlyThe overall health-related physical fitness score of the Chinese urban elderly was 56.58±13.44.The scores of organic function,motor function and physical adaptive capacity were 57.49±14.22,52.34±20.06 and 60.76±16.33,respectively.4.Analysis on influencing factors of health and physical fitness of the Chinese urban elderlyThere were 23,20,17 and 19 influencing factors of health-related physical fitness,organic function,motor function and physical adaptive capacity of the Chinese urban elderly,respectively.Among them,age,gender,self-reported health,sleep quality,chronic diseases,surf the internet,weekly exercise frequency,adversity quotient,life satisfaction,mental burden and trauma are common influencing factors.Age,chronic diseases,mental burden and trauma have negative affects,and self reported health,sleep quality,surf the internet,weekly exercise frequency,adversity quotient and life satisfaction have positive affects.Women’s health related physical fitness level and its three dimensional functions are weaker than men’s.5.Mediating effect analysis of health-related physical fitness influencing pathways for the Chinese urban elderlyThe direct of internal factors and health-related physical fitness were 0.59,the indirect effect through lifestyle factors were 0.11,which can explain 54%of the variation;The direct of environmental factors and health-related physical fitness were 0.25,the indirect effect through lifestyle factors were 0.14,which can explain 31%of the variation.6.health-related physical fitness promotion model for the elderlyRelying on the "Internet+" technology and based on the enabling theory and the"service chain" theory,a theoretical framework for promoting the health-related physical fitness of the elderly was established.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of the elderly in urban areas in Guangzhou,compared with before intervention,the health-related physical fitness level and organic function of the promotion group were significantly improved after 2 months of intervention;Compared with the control group,the organic function of the promotion group was also significantly improved.Conclusion1.HRPFMS V1.0 has high reliability and validity,which can be used to evaluate the health and physical fitness of the Chinese urban elderly.2.The embellishment of HRPFMS V1.0 norm for the urban elderly provides a reference standard for the health-related physical fitness evaluation of the elderly in China.3.The health-related physical fitness level of the urban elderly in China is comprehensively influenced by demographic characteristics,living habits,personality characteristics,family and environment,health awareness,stress events and policy.4.Internal and external factors affect the level of health-related physical fitness through lifestyle factors.5.The health-related physical fitness promotion model that based on empowerment theory and "service chain" theory can improve the health-related physical fitness level of the
