| The "Qingyuan’s Ban" was a political event in the history of the Southern Song Dynasty characterized by the banning of "Dao Xue".It began in the fifth year of Shaoxi.After that,Zhao Ruyu recommended a large number of "Dao Xue" scholars to enter the dynasty and built a "Daoist" scholar group;on the other hand,Han Tuozhou also established an "anti-Daoist" scholar group.There was a fierce battle for power between the Han Tuozhou’s party and Zhao Ruyu’s party.In the end,"Dao Xue" was denounced as "pseudo-learning" and banned,"Dao Xue" scholars were denounced as "pseudo-party" or even "anti-Party" and were completely denounced,and the Qingyuan’s Ban broke out.It is worth emphasizing that the "Daoism" and "Anti-Daoism" scholar groups are not entirely academic concepts,but political alliances built by the scholars at that time based on a common political standpoint in a specific period.This determines the particularity and complexity of the "Dao Xue" scholar group.On the one hand,they have positive political demands,actively seeking Zhou Bida,Liuzheng,Zhao Ruyu and other leaders to jointly build a "Dao Xue" scholar group,and even advocate the formation of a "Jun Zi’s party",which has already gone beyond the level of academic consensus.On the other hand,because of their active participation in politics,people of "Taoism" fell into the party ban in several political practices,and even more violent each time,and finally the Qingyuan party ban broke out.As a result,their ideals of "Taoism" could not be manifested at the political level,so they could only seek within themselves,and their political ideals were embedded in literature.The first chapter of this paper introduces the relevant situation of the Qingyuan’s Ban at the political level;the second chapter traces the relationship between the Qingyuan’s Ban and "Daoism",mainly introduces the disputes between "Daoism" and "anti-Daoism" in the Southern Song Dynasty,;the third chapter introduces the "Dao Xue" scholars in the Qingyuan’s ban,sorts out the politics and schools of the "Dao Xue" scholars group,and examines the encounters and responses of the "Dao Xue" scholars in the Qingyuan’s Ban.Chapters 4 to 5 respectively select four "Taoist" literati in the Qingyuan’s Ban,and interpret the doubts about their creations based on the background of the Qingyuan’s Ban.Among them,only Zhu Xi entered the "Party membership",while Lu You,Xin Qiji,and Yang Wanli did not join the Party membership,but they were still affected by the party ban as "Dao Xue" scholars,which shows that the scope of the Qingyuan’s Ban has been expanded. |
