The reform of global governance promoted by a community with a shared future for mankind is an objective requirement of the transformation from national history to world history,which conforms to the evolution law of world history,can deal with the global crisis of modernity effectively and meet the needs of the sustainable survival and overall development of human society.As a historical existence that regulates global development,global governance develops with the development of world history,and is dominated by different logics in different stages of world history.The capitalism leading global governance is the objective product of the capital globalization movement in the primary stage of world history,which is essentially the domination of developed capitalist countries over the world.However,with the global expansion of capital endogenous contradictions and the upgrading of capital forms,capitalism global governance is increasingly constrained by the contradictions of capital logic itself,leading to governance failure and governance deficit.It has profoundly hindered the transformation from national history to world history and the overall development of human society.Faced with the increasing number of human survival dilemmas and global development crises,China advocates to the international society the building of a community with a shared future for mankind,which can promote the reform of global governance and enable the theoretical system of global development to objectively reflect the practical needs of global development,thus transcending the capitalism dominant logic of global governance and promoting the development of global governance following the principle of achieving shared growth through discussion and collaboration.Of course,it is impossible for the community of a shared future for mankind to promote the reform of global governance overnight.It must be a negative world historical process.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to deeply study "why necessary→how possible→how to implement" of promoting global governance reform by the community of a shared future for mankind.Under the guidance of Marxism and from the perspective of Marxism’s theory of world history,this research is based on the current situation of world history which is characterized by changes unseen in a century,and focuses on the realistic needs of Chinese Dream,and the theme of the research is "the reform of global governance promoted by a community with a shared future for mankind".By using the methods of the unification of history and logic,the combination of comparison and synthesis,and the interdisciplinary research,this paper systematically studies the theoretical implication,the generation logic,the internal basis,the core goal,the practical exploration and other theoretical and practical problems of the global governance reform promoted by the community with a shared future for mankind.The structure of this research is specifically arranged from the following five aspects:the first part,it analyzes the theoretical implication of the reform of global governance promoted by the community
