founding.As an important concept in the field of ideology,Party spirit and people spirit are not only reflected in the propaganda work,but also related to the party’s ruling and rejuvenating the country,which is an important theoretical issue of Party construction.The unity of party character and people character seems not incomprehensible in theory,but it still needs a comprehensive understanding and grasp in cognition.Therefore,from the perspective of grand historical view and system view,this paper realizes the unity of insisting firmly on historical confidence,bearing historical mission and grasping historical initiative.Through the understanding process of the unity of Party character and people character since the founding of the Communist Party of China,it analyzes the success code of the Communist Party of China,and uses the century-old Party history to gain insight into the theory development law and understand the practice process.It will provide theoretical support for comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese-style modernization.Based on the Marxist theory,the thesis illustrates the ideological origin and theoretical basis of the unification of the party character and the people character of the Communist Party of China.On this basis,starting with the endogenous theory logic of the
