of opening up in line with the needs of national modernization construction.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has comprehensively grasped the "two overall situations" and based its work on the new external development environment and the primary internal contradictions,promoting all-round innovation in China’s opening up.This innovation is an important part of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,greatly promoting the development of China and the world,and establishing scientific principles for the deepening and expansion of research on the theory of socialist opening up.Systematically sorting out and summarizing the intrinsic logic and innovative contributions of China’s opening up in the new era have significant theoretical significance and practical value for comprehensively grasping the development trajectory of China in the new era and better promoting the comprehensive construction of socialist modernization in the new journey.From the perspective of innovation,China’s opening up to the outside world in the new era is
