Research On The System Framework And Practice Mechanism Of The Family Style Construction Of Chinese Communists In The New Era

Chinese Culture was a culture based on "Home".Family Style was closely related to Party style and Government style,and it affected the orderly operation of the whole society.Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to family building and family style cultivation.From the period of new democratic revolution to the period of socialist construction,and even after the reform and opening up,our party adheres to the scientific guidance of Marxism Leninism,Mao Zedong Thought and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics to practice.Starting from the progress of the times and society,and formed a series of Theories and Practices on Family Style Construction.These Theories and Practices of Family Style Construction were outstanding contributions made by several generations of Communists in the arduous process of Revolution,Construction and Reform.They were based on the Process of Sinicization of Marxism,inherited the Chinese tradition,demonstrated the spiritual pursuit of the Chinese Nation,and were valuable wealth for Communists to lead social development.The Construction of the Family Style of the Communists was part of the party’s style construction,a part of the party’s fine tradition,and a necessary guarantee for the party’s victory in revolution,construction,reform and development.Socialism with Chinese Characteristics has entered a new stage of development,and the Family Style Construction of Chinese Communists was facing new challenges.Some Party Members and Cadres had distorted their values,degenerated their thoughts and lost their morality during the Social Transformation Period.They ignored the Party’s Fine Tradition and Style of work,openly violated disciplines and laws,pursued material satisfaction and led extremely corrupt lives.Corruption cases were numerous and frequent.Some Party Members and leading Cadres form a community of interests based on relatives and engage in large-scale family corruption,which seriously pollutes the Party’s Style of work and Politics and hinders the stable and harmonious development of Society.The corruption of Family Style was the important reason that led these Party Members and Cadred to corruption.Therefore,in the New Era,it was still of great value to strengthen the Family Style Construction of Chinese Communists.Therefore,in the new era,strengthening the construction of the family style of the Communists still has a very important value of the times.It represents the strong strength to promote the all-round strict governance of the party and complete the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The Communists must take the lead to become the cultivators and practitioners of good family style.This paper adhered to the guidance of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,combined with Sociology,Philosophy,Ethics,Ideological and Political Education,etc.In this paper,Literature Research Method,Comparative Research Method,Multidisciplinary Comprehensive Research Method,Speculative Research Method,were used.From the Basic Theory Field,Relevant Theories,Historical Backtracking and Experience Enlightenment,Current Situation Research,System Architecture and Practice Mechanism and other aspects of the New Era of the Communist Party of China’s family style construction carried out a systematic study.This paper adopts the progressive structure,on the premise of expounding the family ethics of the classic Marxist writers,the Chinese Marxist family ethics and the excellent traditional family culture of the Chinese nation,integrates the family style construction of the Chinese Communists during the period of the new democratic revolution and socialist construction,after the reform and opening up,and since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.This article mainly studied the existing problems through investigation and revealed the reasons,summarized the Experience Enlightenment and Philosophy Sublimation,the Basic System Framework of the construction of the party’s Family Style in the New Era is initially constructed,and the Practice Mechanism of the construction of the Family Style of the Communist Party in the New Era is explored.The research on the Construction of the Family Style of the Communists in the New Era is a more complex research topic.This paper strives to make innovations in the research.In terms of innovation,it mainly included the following points:Firstly,we have built a system framework for the Family Style Construction of Chinese Communists in the New Era.On the basis of expounding the basic theory and combing the development process of the construction of the Communist Party’s family style,this paper expounds the Era Position,Guiding Ideology,Main Content,Basic Principles,Important Methods and Environmental Requirements of the Family Style Construction of Chinese Communists in the New Era,and initially constructed the System Framework of the Family Style Construction of Chinese Communists in the New Era.Secondly,it has formed a Practical Mechanism for the Family Style Construction of Chinese Communists in the New Era.This study constructed the Practice Mechanism of the Family Style Construction of Chinese Communists in the New Era.From the five dimensions of Individual,Family,Society,Organization and System,through the construction of five mechanisms,such as the Ideal Fixation Mechanism,the Practice Cultivation Mechanism,the Value Guidance Mechanism,the Process Operation Mechanism and the System Guarantee Mechanism,it aimed to solve the problems existing in the Family Style Construction of Chinese Communists and protected the Communist Party Our family style conforms to the development trend of the times,converged into the positive energy of inheriting Chinese Civilization,and improved the effectiveness of the Family Style Construction of Chinese Communists in the New Era.Thirdly,it sublimated the Experience form of the Construction of the Party’s Family Style.This study sublimated the basic experience of the Construction of the Communist Party’s Family Style from the theory of historical materialism and dialectics.First,the dialectical relationship between social existence and social consciousness and the construction of the family style of the Communists;the second was the viewpoint of connection and development and the Construction of the Family Style of the Communists;the third was the law of unity of opposites and the Construction of the Family Style of the Communists.It was beneficial to the construction of the Communist Party’s Family Style in the New Era to rise to the theoretical level through philosophical speculation.Fourthly,it created a new Era Position for the Family Style Construction of Chinese Communists in the New Era.This research started from four aspects: the Transformation of the Main Social Contradictions in the New Era,the clarification of the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era,and the Strengthening of the Party’s Construction,and the Development of Ideological and Moral Construction.It explored the New Realm,New Starting Point,New Height and New Requirements of the Family Style Construction of Chinese Communists in the New Era.What needs to be explained is that this paper studied the construction of the Chinese Communist Party’s Family Style,but in view of the prominent representativeness of the Family Style of the Party Members and Leading Cadres,the article may had a slight emphasis on it.In future research,the author will also hold a holistic view,continue to conduct a full range of research.
