| In recent years,the Party Central Committee and State Council have always attached great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,and have successively made a series of important decisions and deployments.Innovation and entrepreneurship education at the national level has risen to an unprecedented strategic height.On the other hand,the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards“building morality and cultivating people” as the fundamental task of education,and proposes to deepen the comprehensive reforms in education,focus on improving the quality of education,and cultivate students’ sense of social responsibility,innovative spirit,and practical ability.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the National Conference of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities in December 2016 that we must make good use of the main channel of classroom teaching,and that ideological and political theory courses should be strengthened during improvement,so as to enhance the affinity and pertinence of ideological and political education to meet the needs and expectations of student growth.Other courses must share the responsibility,so that various courses and ideological and political theory courses can cooperate to form a synergistic effect.It can be seen that promoting the integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has now become the most urgent political task and strategic project for colleges and universities in our country.At present,the wave of innovation and entrepreneurship in China is in the ascendant.The national strategy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has undoubtedly given universities more significant social responsibilities.It is urgent to strengthen and improve it in universities.It is not only needed for deepening the reform of higher education,but is more the due meaning of the cultivation of innovative talents in universities.At the same time,the ideological and political education in our country has always been placed for a long time in the most prominent position.So strengthening it has become the most unique advantage of running a university with Chinese characteristics.The realization of the deep integration of the two can not only ensure the "direction" of innovation and entrepreneurship education,but also enhance the "efficiency" of ideological and political education,which enriches the form and content of ideological and political education in universities,improves effectively the effectiveness of ideological and political education,so as to better lead and promote the rapid and healthy development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Now,most of the research related to the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the ideological and political work of college students are theoretical studies,lacking empirical evidence,and having few quantitative analyses.This research is the first attempt to construct an index system for the indicators of the integration and perform empirical analysis.The purpose is to focus on finding where the real problems of integration are in order to make suggestions for feasibility,truly put research into practice,provide reference for the transformation of theoretical research into the process of higher education,and provide direct theoretical and practical reference for deepening the reform of higher education.The core of this article is the study of the theoretical basis,significance,conditions,status and evaluation,problems and causes,countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,the study combs the theory of these two education.The first is to sort out the definitions of concepts closely related to the study.The second is to focus on seeking the theoretical basis and knowledge reference for the research.Three Marxist thoughts "Marxist thoughts about human freedom and comprehensive development","Xi Jinping thought on fostering character and civic virtue in higher educatuion" are combed and analyzed,respectively,in order to be used as the source of theoretical support for the core of research in this article.Secondly,it summarizes the significance and conditions of these two education.The first is to elaborate the significance of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education,and analyze them with the "four needs".The second is to explore the conditions for the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education.From the same frequency resonance of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education in the policy documents,the significance and conditions are analyzed in "four stages".They are demonstrated to be coherent in principles of the theoretical foundation of education and proved from the "five aspects".From them the possibility and necessity for the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education can be further demonstrated.Thirdly,it summarizes the status and evaluation of the two education.The first is the current situation of the two education,which are analyzed based on the three perspectives of "the integration of curriculum","the integration of curriculum ideology and politics",and "the integration of labor education".The second is to construct an evaluation index for the two education,and define the degree of integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education from two dimensions of depth and breadth of the integration.The third is to construct a model of index system for degree of the integration,and calculate the index weights for the depth and breadth of the integration,thereby forming a relatively objective and comprehensive set of evaluation matrices for the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education,and find problems from the ranking of each indicator by its weight.It is hoped to provide a realistic basis for further investigating the problems existing in the integration of the two.Subsequently,it explored the problems of the integration of these two education and their causes.The first is to analyze the main problems in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The main problems are as follows: fragmentation of integration,insufficient density of carriers of integration,integration deviating from the source of education,and the lack of guidance mechanism of integration.The second is to explore the main reasons for the existing problems.The main reasons are: the integrated training system has not yet been formed;the integrated curriculum system is not yet available;the integrated teachers are relatively fragile;and the policy that assures the integration is suspended.This chapter discusses the problems and causes based on the results from the empirical analysis of the index of the integration,hoping to provide a basis for accurately proposing countermeasures.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the integration.The first is to adhere to objective which means creating an integrated training system by integrating educational concepts,aiming at the needs of the country and society and running through the concept of “moral education” and “curriculum of ideology and politics”.The second is to adhere to the education which indicates integrating educational content to construct integrated curriculum system,basing on the actual education and teaching and reconstructing curriculum system with Marxism.The third is adherence to subjectivity which means integrating the main body of education to enhance the establishment and cultivation of faculty,relying on students and teachers to drive,strengthening the construction and training of teachers.The fourth is adherence to systematization which implies integrating educational environment to improve conditions for integration,developing penetration and progressive and enriching campus culture and perfecting organizational structure.The first is to adhere to the goals,use the integration of educational concepts as the premise,and form an integrated training system.The second is to adhere to reality,start from the integration of educational content,and scientifically construct an integrated curriculum.The third is to adhere to the people-oriented approach,based on the integration of educational subjects,enrich,and strengthen the integration of teachers.The fourth is to adhere to the overall coordination,use the integration of the educational environment as the driving force,and establish safeguards to satisfy the conditions of a healthy integration. |
